@oiudwqgcæiuEFH- If I understood your question correctly, you can filter using Hit Depth dimension (something like Visit where Page = A and Hit Depth = 2).

Should this segment be made based in Visitors, Visits or Hits, if I want the segment to only show me the visits in which page A is the second page (hit depth=2) looked at?

Agreed, a VISIT level segment will return the entire visit where the specified scenario occurred.
