Extracting data from Adobe

I have set that per week I will receive data as csv from adobe workspace into my inbox for the previous week. So for example, On Nov 21st Monday I will receive the data as csv for previous week's Monday to Sunday, that is, Nov 14 to 20th.  Now when I do that for 5 weeks, a weekly addition gives me over 1200 rows but if I put that time range in WS in total, I get only 500 rows. Why could this be happening or how is this possible?

Workspace is not designed for data export but for visual dashboards. To get data out of Adobe Analytics, you can refer to the official export guide, https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/export/home.html?lang=en, using Data Warehouse, Data Feed, and API.
