This appears to be a bug that was recently introduced. I suggest logging this ticket with Client Care, I will do the same.

I tried your scenario, I don't have any issues adding email address in the recipients field of schedule file export. I think it's resolved by adobe. Can you try again and see if it is letting you add email address.
Thank you!
I agree, it seems to be fixed now.
I agree with both of you, Krishna and Jennifer. It is now working correctly for me. Definitely looks/feels fixed!
Hello for me is not working yet!
I also record other anomalous behaviors, I'll explain better:
It's quite annoying, especially because there's no way to stop the process...any suggestion (I'm opening a ticket to support, of course)?

Hi @mirkomanga,
When you say you open a report and access the "Schedule file export section", do you mean in the Workspaces area?
This is only for scheduling new reports, not managing existing reports. Every time you use this on the same report, it will create a new schedule... this is why you are getting 11-12 copies of the report...
This behaviour is really annoying for non-admins, because they don't have access to the Scheduled Reports area. I had users do the same thing, and I had to go in and remove the duplicates.
This is found under Components > Scheduled Projects:
If you do have access to this area, you will need to remove the duplicates and add new people to existing schedules here. If you don't, you will have to work with your admin to fix the issue.
