@keithb81089125 Sure, you can implement for adobe analytics as well

You would need to make sure are not selected in Adobe Launch extension

  • Track download links
  • Track outbound links

When these settings are not selected, Platform does not fire Adobe Analytics automatically. Analytics fires only if you specifically tell it to in a rule action. Use the rule conditions to determine when and what to fire. For example, to use cookies to determine opt-in status, set a data element to read that cookie and use it as a condition in the rule to determine when to fire the Send Beacon action.

Here is the documentation on the same for your reference

Hope this helps

Hi @VaniBhemarasetty

With Google Consent Mode it will send cookieless pings to Google Analytics for example for basic measurement/aggregated data - this is when no consent has been given yet. However when consent has been given, cookies are set/written and the full tracking starts.

Is there a similiar setting for this type of tracking for Adobe Analytics?

Hi @keithb81089125

You can make use of the Opt-in feature in Experience Cloud ID Service extension in Launch and control  Experience Cloud solutions (Target, Analytics, Audience Manager, etc.) can create cookies on web pages for visitors prior to user consent.

You can integrate Opt-in with Consent Management Platform like OneTrust (extension available in Adobe Launch) and have a full control over consent based tracking.
