I have a question regarding our recent transition from Adobe Analytics to Customer Journey Analytics. As we are no longer using Adobe Analytics, I’ve been using the debugger to check the tags being fired in Customer Journey Analytics. However, I noticed that I cannot see any information being captured, such as campaign data or UTM parameters.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or can offer guidance on resolving it? I would appreciate any insights into ensuring that campaign tracking and UTM parameters are properly captured in Customer Journey Analytics. Specifically, how can we confirm that data is being captured correctly?
Additionally, if there are specific settings, configurations, or best practices we should verify or follow to optimize our tracking, that information would be extremely helpful.
Furthermore, if there are any resources or documentation you recommend for getting the most out of Customer Journey Analytics, please share.

Under XDM should be correct, but I don't see "trackingCode" here.. just individual UTM fields?
I think marketing.trackingCode may be the direct key, but that doesn't mean it's the only way to collect the data.
I don't have CJA, but I know that there are mappings that can happen at the server level... so you are at least capturing UTM data, but has it been properly mapped is the next thing to check....
I believe that your campaign tracking should fall under marketing.trackingCode
Also, like AppMeasurement, UTMs wouldn't be read automatically (CIDs probably are... but I would confirm that rather than assuming)... can you see your campaign data (no matter what format) being sent into your Marketing schema?
This is the first step... if it's there, there something may not be mapping correctly in the server... but I start with the easy checks first... and follow it through to where it's getting lost
Hi Jennifer,
How would I see Marketing schema. Is it possible I could be blocked from seeing it because of permissions?

You should be able to see the schema as it is sent to Adobe using the Experience Platform Debugger:
This is what I see on this post in Experience League:
There should be no permission preventing you from seeing the data that is sent to Adobe from your webpage.
This is very helpful. Thank you.
I found it under XDM. Is incorrect?
