Daily avg of "approx count distinct"?

Hi,

besides the unique visitors metric we have a calculated metric based on logged in users which tells us the amount of distinct users - for this we use the built in function "Approximate count distinct". How do I create a new calculated metric for an daily average for that metric?

Normally I'd use the metric and divide it per times of days (which I get using approximate count distinct on days). But this doesn't work, because the dividend in this case would not be the sum of daily users but rather the distinct number of users for the time period!

They are great at allowing you to take variables and then make new Calculated ones.
