Countries Report Unique Visitor Total Incorrect

Avatar

Level 1

Hi,

I was looking at our Countries Report and it looks like the total unique visitors isn't adding up correctly. Can someone help me out with this? Attached is a screenshot.

Thanks,

Michael

Hi Michael,

The bottom overall total in that report should match the total unique visitors for the site in the period. In some cases the sum of the line items in a report does not total. I would recommend comparing for the same period to the overall unique visitors site total to confirm it matches.

Also if you want to investigate in depth since you are working with such low counts of visitors you could pull a Data Warehouse report by individual Visitor ID with country dimension info. If you have access to the full raw data feed clickstream for this report suite for the period that would be another way to analyze in depth.
