Connecting via Power BI

Hello, I am trying to connect Power BI to our Adobe Analytics instance in the way described in the following article:

I am entering the correct details and I am part of the 'Web Service User Group' so I can access the APIs. I am using my Enterprise Adobe ID to connect but get the following error message when trying to connect.

If you are supported use of your company, they should help. Else, reach your Account Manager for Adobe Analytics.
