Being speedy on the job is a necessary thing. I found that Adobe's instruction on your/their site only had part of the description in how to compress on Acrobat X. Here's how to compress a file for Acrobat XI in PC.

Click and hold down File

Click on Save as Other. . . .

Choose from the list in the pop-up window Reduced Size PDF . . .
