Can we increase the lookback for Adobe Triggers from max. 2 hours to 1 day?

Hi Team,

We have an usecase to find the users who have initiated a subscription but have not completed in next 24 hours and send an email to them to remind on the same with an offer. I found Adobe Triggers which is a great tool to find out this kind of Abandonment usecases but unfortunately I cannot set the look back more than 2hours. So I would like to know if there is any way to make it possible or any alternatives using AA/AAM/ACS for this usecase.

Thanks,
Santosh

Hi Santosh,

Garrett from Adobe Analytics Support here. The 2 hour lookback is a limitation of Triggers. Triggers is intended to be close to real time. Though, I understand you use case. I think Adobe Campaign (ACS) would have a solution for your use case, but I can't say for certain as I am and Adobe Analytics expert.

I did some digging into documentation and perhaps this would meet your use case, https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-standard/using/integrating-with-adobe-cloud/working...
But this would just allow you to send the campaign email 24 hours after the 2 hour lookback triggered. . . So this may not meet your need exactly.

In any case, I'd suggest opening a customer care ticket with the ACS team, to see if they have a solution that meets your use case.

Good luck!
