Can an uploaded SAINT classification value be made available via the API so that it can be utilized to target specific user, or any other alternate to look up a key and pull the corresponding value, via Analytics?

I have a very simple use-case, where I am classifying some Adobe eVar data, adding some additional attributes to it, and uploading that data via SAINT uploads to Adobe servers. I'd like to retrieve the attribute value later passing the key, in a web page that has running Analytics tags for one of the eVar keys. Can anyone please help provide a solution or refer to one, so that I can look up the attribute value that was uploaded via Adobe Analytics, and get the attribute value in a web page. Is there an API that can look up the key and provide me the attribute value, or are there any alternates to the key - value look up, that will be workable too!
