Can I set contextData to eVar/props and Event to custom value 1 in single processing rule?
Yes, you'll be able to do that and they'll be set when your conditions match. This is a very simplified sample on how it would work (not that mine doesn't have any conditions or alternative actions).
Just to add to this, while you can have multiple conditions on the rule itself, to enter the processing rule logic, you can only have a single condition on each action taken.
(Multiple "Rule" Conditions, but only one "Action" Condition)
But you can absolutely stack multiple "Actions" in a single rule, in fact, this is encouraged, as there is a limit to the number of Processing Rules you can add.... so if you have a lot of things to map, combine them wherever possible.
This is where the Action Condition can come in very handy, as you can create more generic conditions at the rule level, then create a specific logic for the action...
(particularly, something like "If myContextVar(Context Data) exists", ensuring you are only overwriting the value of the dimension when you have something to overwrite it with.
