There is a Brightcove extension for Adobe Launch: https://exchange.adobe.com/apps/ec/104240/video-tracking-brightcove

I don't have Brightcove, so I have never used this, but this seems like the best place to start....

If this extension doesn't work for you, you could also look into creating custom code based on the Player Events.

I found this documentation for the Brightcove Player that outline a lot of the JS events that you can listen for:

https://player.support.brightcove.com/coding-topics/player-events.html

This solution will require custom coding, but it's an option if you feel comfortable with custom scripting (but again, I would start with the extension which is already designed to integrate)
