Hi,
Average Time spent on site metrics is messed up since we had two page load server call for particular domain. Now the issue has been rectified. Is ther is any way we can do calculated metrics for historic data?
Thanks,
Pradeep

Hi @pradeep_07 As long the two server calls are fired at the same time , that is they have the same timestamp it will not effect the Average time spent on site. But if the timestamp is different, there can be impact on the Average time on the site.
If there is a way to differentiate these two server calls you can apply a segment on Avg time on site

No, you can't do any changes in the historic data. The changes will be reflected only on the data that is stored after the changes are made.

Not possible to make changes in historic data.
Since there were two page load server calls in the historic data, you can reduce the final value of average time spent marginally. But for me, average time would be fine, as the server calls would have happened simultaneously.
