Average Time On Site Inaccurate

Hi all, why does my average time on site is different in adobe analytics and excel. In adobe analytics the average time on site for the month of January is 00:02:30 however when I download this data in excel and calculate the average the average time on site is 131.3377005 which will convert to 00:02:11. Can anyone tell me why is there a discrepancy?

Are you using a specific dimension? Also, what are the exact name of the metrics used? Adobe is very tricky with the time spent metrics.
