Applying same dashboard template to multiple accounts

Hi,

We have multiple Adobe client accounts for different brands and they all use the same tagging structure so I'd like to be able to use a single dashboard template for all. 

I was hoping to do that without having to manually copy all segments and dashboard templates into multiple suite collections but I don't seem to be able to do that, do you know if it's possible for non-admins?

Because of strict data governance in our organisation, as an insights (rather than technical analyst), I do not have admin rights to Adobe Analytics.
