Analytics request not tracking

I have my code set up on a 3rd party vendor's https lightbox. This lightbox is generated via an iframe, when checked in Omnibug I get a 200|OK response as expected but do not see any results in my reports. Below is the actual request string, can anyone see anything wrong? The lightbox is viewable via the 'Sign In' link at the top of all www.providencejournal.com pages.

Hi Jim,

There is a latency in terms of data reporting of 90 min in SC15. So sometimes the data takes time to be reported.

If checked the image request and it looks ok. Make sure that you are looking at the report suite ID  biprojocom in SC interface as you are sending data to this report suite.

If you don't get any data at all, contact ClientCare as Eve said as they can check if any data at all wasa received in Adobe Backend and for some reason it is not displayed in SC

Hi Jim,

I suggest you create a ticket with Customer Care in case you're still having problems.

Please attach a report export (e.g. PDF) or link to this report (More > Link to this report) so that we can see which data you are missing.

I logged into your account and could see data for the "Light Box Report" (evar40) , at least when it comes to visits.
