Adobe Connection/PowerBI failing

I wanted to know if anyone is facing issues with their adobe analytics connection with PowerBI? Nothing has changed in my report but now my report is failing to refresh and having timing out errors. For example, 1 week it will refresh fine then I can't refresh my report for the next 2 weeks and has been very unstable.

@AmandaSe6 I am not a Power BI user, but have a little idea on the connectors. Are you using the most recent connector version or old version, Can you check the version? Also, sometimes reconnecting might be helpful.

In addition to checking the if you are using the latest version, clearing any cached credentials and re-authenticate again usually tends to solve the issue.

I've had the same issue with PowerBI. I find that the credentials tend to expire and I have to refresh them. I think I'm using the 1.4API for the connection. I'm not sure if the new 2.0 API has the same issue or not, but my plan is to try changing to the new one (when I get a chance) to see if that fixes it.

 

But in the current time, try refreshing your credentials and see if that helps.
