Adobe Client Data Layer not working

Hi, I have enabled Adobe Client Data Layer for my AEM project following this documentation,

but is not getting enabled in site. I cannot see the attribute data-cmp-data-layer-enabled in body tag and hence the Adobe Client Data Layer with the Core Components itself not working.

Could please help me on this?

Check your htl file in pageComponent and compare it with v2 page of core component, you will have to add some javascript code into your page.html
