Adobe Ad Hoc - Unable to launch the application

I get this error when I try to launch Adobe Ad Hoc.  I've already uninstalled all the new versions of Java and re-installed the newest version, and restarted.  

 

Has anyone else come across this issue?  Please help.

Did you try clearing your Java cache (https://www.java.com/en/download/help/plugin_cache.xml)

Are you using any proxy connections? Try from another computer/network too

Apologies for the delayed response.

Have you tried deleting the current .jnlp file and downloading the file again and running it?
