Activity Map does not display data

Avatar

Level 1

We have access to the Activity Map, however, since we inserted the Adobe library (together with the ActivityMap module) through our tag manager (Ensighten), we do not see the ActivityMap information. Seeing how the configuration is loading we do not see a correct pageName

Will anyone have an idea for the solution of this?

Any questions or information I can share

Thank you for your supportActivityMap.PNG

To follow off of srola I went to your site as well and I'm not seeing activity map instiantiated in your appmeasurement.

Make sure you go through the following documentation.

https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/analytics/analyze/activity-map/getting-started/get-started-ad...

How Activity Map Works.

When the Activity Map module is loaded on the page it scans the DOM for any links on the page and gathers the following data.

  • page
  • link
  • region

This values are passed into a cookie when something is clicked, then sent once an image request is sent.

There seems to be an issue with the way you have deployed your code. The Activity Map Module is not loading on your site page which explains this behavior.

You can validate this by running the following command in Browser Console : s_c_il

You should see "AppMeasurement_Module_ActivityMap",

Hope this helps.
