Workspace - Summary Change, Ability to reverse colouring

Currently the summary change number visualisation in workspace is green for up and red for down. However sometimes down is good and would be helpful if you could reverse the colouring to show this. Otherwise you get a misleading red for down.

Hi Joe,

We couldn't agree more.  Thankfully, we already support this functionality.  If you are using a custom event, there is a toggle in the Analytics Admin Console that will allow you change whether up means good or bad.  Also, if you are using a calculated metric, there is a toggle for the same within the calculated metric builder.  If you change those settings, the summary change viz will respect it appropriately (coloring).

Thanks Brandon, makes sense, it wasn't immediately clear you could do this, I was expecting to be able to have an option in the visualisation.

Understood.  Yeah, the design is that at metric creation time (whether that's a custom event or a calc metric), you can set the up = good/bad, and then it should just "work" everywhere.  There are a few other places we leverage this setting.
