Workspace - Ability to tell who is using them

We now have a situation where we have created lots of little workspaces some time ago and we have no idea if they are being used. What would be incredibley helpful is an ability to see who is acessing the workspaces and when they were last used. If we can see that a workspace hasn't been accessed in the last 6 months we know it is safe to delete it. Or if we can see a user has never accessed it then we know it is not needed.

We see that users push hard to get access to data but we suspect they don't then use the workspace. It would be great to be able to proove this and keep on top of old workspaces rather than the list of workspaces for ever increasing.

Totally agree with this.

I'd also like to see the same level of audit capability for components such as segments and calculated metrics as again we are created lots but have no idea whether they are being used!

Basically we need analytics on the analytics :-)

adobe already has „analytics on analytics“! the only missing is a virtual report suite and my access to our company data. i raised a ticket to CC to get access to.

however, i strongly support this idea!

Kind of? The current "analytics on analytics" (if you're referring to the usage logs) only includes Reports and Analytics- not Ad Hoc, not Workspace, not API/DW requests. It also takes a bit of tweaking to get into a useable format, if you want to see how many folks viewed the campaign report, for instance.
And unless something has changed, the login part of the usage logs doesn't work well with marketing cloud logins, only my.omniture.com logins.

i dont like the logs, i want the real „adobe analytics data“ they have from our users. when using adobe workspace, i can see analytic calls going to adobe and tracking the usage of analytics workspace. maybe adobe can give us access by a VRS (main RS filtered by „company“). habing the data i could analyse what projects the users are using and what dimensions/events they select for the reports.
