User Management in Analytics is pretty labor intensive

There are so many things that are hard for user management in Analytics-I would love it if Adobe could do a project to review the key tasks in user management and redesign.

For example, I can't add multiple users (all with the same permissions groups) easily--if there is a way to do this, please let me know!

I can't easily find all the info I need to delete a user in one spot---for example, the Transfer screen doesn't show me who a component (segment, etc.) got shared with. I can see that it is shared but not with who, which I need to know to transfer correctly.

I can't see the permissions groups for a user without going into the user, but then can't delete the user from within the user record, etc.

The user management approach is causing me lots of work right now as we are migrated to the Marketing Cloud and also trying to reduce the number of users.

This is a pain point for our organization as well. Having user permissions and groups at multiple levels: Enterprise, Analytics, Social, Target, Campaign and having to give someone access for social through Adobe Analytics doesn't make much sense. We have social media employees who post content, why do they need to be one of my users in Adobe Analytics, plus, someone with permissions to create users in Analytics has to be the one to give a new social person an account rather than a social media manager.

Agree that having to manage users and permissions at multiple levels is less than ideal. We have a project underway that seeks to address exactly this by enabling Admins to manage users and permissions across all their Marketing Cloud solutions (including Analytics) in one place called the Admin Console. We are planning to begin migrating Analytics' user management to the Admin Console later this year. Post-migration, Admins like you would be able to use the console to entitle users to multiple Marketing Cloud solutions.

We are also actively reviewing the current Social entitlement process, and you can expect to see some changes there soon.
