Tool for creating Mock Reports

When I'm writing specs for new tags, I like to provide an example of sample reporting that these new metrics will deliver.  I can create some basic Excel tables, but it would be nicer to have something that looked like the Adobe UI, where I could select rows of evars and Columns of metrics... have them populate with 10-15 rows of sample data, and produce a graph.

It could probably be done in an excel template.  Would be nice to have one for evars "broken down" by another eVar as well.
