Report comments should be report-specific

Report comments should be tied to reports. I.e. a comment for s.prop1 should be shown in the s.prop1 report, not the s.prop2 report.

At the moment, comments are shown in the same "report class": A comment on any s.prop report will show up on any other s.prop report as well.

Same for eVars and events.

In extreme we have 50 comments below each s.prop report:-)

I to support nic_Philips. It is very confusing indeed and not helpful at all for the use. I guess currently the comments do not fulfill their purpose.
