I realize this may be tough to do but it’s even tougher for Administrators to know the best combination of settings for Update Interval, Maximum Slice Size, Result Memory Limit, etc. There is no training available for this. It would help to provide some sort of automation to help determine the optimum settings based on historical performance running reports. It may require something to parse performance metrics out of logs that can be used to recommend better settings. I guess this is more of an issue when running a lot of reports on multiple profiles. We have over 600 reports on 10 profiles.
