When you email a report in PDF for example, it comes as an attachment, if this is for you, fine. In my case though, I end up forwarding to colleagues more often than not actually. Some of these colleagues do not see the attachment and try to access the link in the message which is an option but not the quickest one.
Here is an example of message below for those who have not tried. Should not we add, something a bit clearer such as:
Please find attached the report you have requested?
