Segments that would allow the filtering (or aggregate totals) of dimension values based on metric x value being y

eg.

List articles that have had more than y page views

List users (unique ids rather than cookie)  that have logged in more than y times

List article authors that have had less than y referrals from Facebook

Total no of page views by articles with more than y page views

etc.
