Populate Connection Type Dimension with "Offline" Hits

We have an app that functions both online and offline, with offline tracking working as expected.

A key business question is how often the app is used offline versus online. However, the Connection Type dimension does not accurately reflect this, as offline hits are attributed to the connection type available when they are eventually sent to the server.

To address this, I propose categorizing these hits under a new dimension item: Offline.
