Allow for the combination of both methods for event serialisation to be active on an event.

Currently SiteCatalyst supports an event firing once per visit or custom event id serialisation. I would like to see the option to combine both these settings. This will then allow for the following behaviour.

 

Track event once per visit per unique event id.
