Allow Admins To Customize the Site Overview Dashboard & Push To All Users

The site overview dashboareds would be much more useful if administrators could customize them and push them to all users. We can customize them now but we have to tell users to adopt them on an individual basis. That's very labor intensive and unlikely to happen. Some typical customizations I'd like to make are:

1. Remove the search engine keywords reportlet (thanks google!)

2. Update the Key Metrics reportlet with site-specific metrics instead of page views, visits and visitors

3. Update the Report Suite Totals reportlet with site-specific metrics instead of page views, visits and visitors

I would also like to add to this - Please add the ability to title sections [and create custom pages instead of just 3x3 or 2x2] of dashboards instead of presenting it all as one long mash up dashboard.

@setaylor That's a great suggestion, too. . . but different enough that it probably warrants its own idea. Would you mind submitting a new one separately?

This is a great idea - I always have to tell people to ignore the default screen because it doesn't apply to our implementation at all for the most part (we use a global suite and need to have certain segments applied to accurately see the data).

A more general related solution would be to allow me to create a dashboard and push it to either specific users or user groups and automatically set it as their landing page en masse. (Not realistic doing this individually for 200+ users).
