Add custom 'further analyze' URL to alert

It would be great to add a customer further analyze url to an alert notification.  We have much more comprehensive workspace dashboards for analysis into alerts.  it would be great if we could link directly to them rather than the standard further analyze dashboards which are pretty thin.

Hi michael.won@jet.com ,

Thank you for this great feature request! I want to make sure I fully understand the problem and the value this potential feature would provide to you.

Are you creating alerts for just yourself or are you also including other alert recipients? Would you expect to specify the URL for the Analysis Workspace project to land the user on as part of the Alert creation process? Can you provide a specific example/use case where this would be valuable to you?

Thank you for the response! Alerts are typically made for groups of people, either team or function.  Our alerts are mainly hourly.

For example, we have an alert monitoring cart addition anomolies below a threshold of 99%.  We have various locations where a user can add to cart.  Rather than create many different derived cart add metric alerts  i would prefer to have the anomoly trigger on all cart adds and have a dashboard that drills down on the metric.  This allows us to limit the number of triggered alerts and false positives for a single metric.  The dashboard is able to provide more context to users than the alert on its own.

I would expect to specify the URL in the alert creation process and/or manager.  We would absolutely use a workspace link.  Now that i think about it, having the option to send the workspace via pdf on the truggered alert would be pretty sweet too.  So if you are out and about, you can just check the pdf and not have to find a pc or log into adobe on your phone.   The work around here would be to already have a scheduled workspace, but some people dont loke to clog their inbox.

Let me know if you would like more detail.

Great context and use case. Thank you for sharing. Adobe Product Management will evaluate this feature request further and consider it for a future release.
