"Does Not Contain" Filter Not Working

Hi,

I've been trying to pull page specific performance data like page views, bounce, dwell and conversions etc. Since there are thousands of pages on the site, I wanted to include all of them and then use advanced filter to exclude the pages I didn't need using the "does not contain" filter. This however, does not work at all. If I entered "econnect" into the "Does Not Contain field, pages with econnect within its naming is still turning up. Am i Missing something here?

Also, once i filter the pages i need with the metrics I desire, how do i apply a monthly breakdown to it based on a date range as an additional metric on top of what I have done?
