I've been asked to set up a custom "Intake Form Due" field which will take a 1-5 value from another custom field “Complexity Level”, then add the date value of another custom field “Original ATV” and subtract that by # of weeks, etc. For example, there is a field that will ask:If complexity level = “1”, add the “Original ATV” date -2 weeks.If complexity level = “2”, add the “Original ATV” date -4 weeks.If complexity level = “3”, add the “Original ATV” date -8 weeks.If complexity level = “4”, add the “Original ATV” date -10 weeks.If complexity level = “5”, add the “Original ATV” date -12 weeks. Looking for your guidance as I am new in text mode. I did this by creating a calculated custom field on a task custom form using these codes: IF({DE:Complexity Level}=1,ADDDAYS({DE:Original ATV},-14),IF({DE:Complexity Level}=2,ADDDAYS({DE:Original ATV}-28,IF({DE:Complexity Level}=3,ADDDAYS({DE:Original ATV},-56),IF({DE:Complexity Level}=4,ADDDAYS({DE:Original ATV},-70),IF({DE:

Hi all,This is probably the same for all those with notifications turned on, but when I get New Work Request notification through, the email arrives with standard information e.g. who assigned it, who's it assigned to and status. But it would really be helpful to me if I could amend the format to include the priority field value. Does anyone know if this is possible?For me, these specific requests are for support. If its urgent/high priority, I want to know as soon as possible that I need to look into it. At present, I have to check the queue in WF to see if it needs immediate action. ThanskMatt

Anyone ever had updates on requests come through on your email, but when you open all the requests in Workfront it's all blank? I've had other people test the requests and they can see the updates and comments but it's not showing on my end?

Hi, i need to send 40.000 emails to a group of recipients. My criteria is to send first to recipients who have never been contacted (empty broadlog) and if i do not complete my limit of 40.000, i want to include recipients contacted before but prioritizing the oldest event date. So i select first the recipients that i didnt contacted for a while. I am struggling to find a way to do it. Because the split is limiting those 40,000 randomly... Do you guys know a way of solving this case?Thank you!

Hi all, We're trying to integrate Workfront Proof directly into our web build process, where we have automated tooling to create translations of sites and want to initiate Proofs on all the pages, which are public. We want to initiate a Workfront Proof of a static page, which you can do in the UI via the www.shareyourlink.com box, which then generates the following type of Document, with a Proof on it: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/workfront/using/workfront-proof/wf-proof-tech-corner/proof-types/create-status-web-proof.html?lang=en I can create a Proof via the API, but only of an existing document, but I can't find anything in the documentation that explains how to create a Document that's actually a Static Website proof.The documentation suggests, as far as I can tell, that we should sniff the network activity on the page to work out the Advanced Proofing Options, which isn't massively helpful, but doing so suggests that it's actually using a REST AP

Hi Guys, As you people know, In the latest AEM projects which are built using the latest maven archetype, The Client libraries( multiple css and js files) which are written in ui.frontend module are compiled into a single clientlib category(client-site). Will that not impact page performance ? Because all unnecessary css and js code is included on all pages irrespective of whether those components are used on pages or not. Please help me.

Hi,   I like to know what are the defined policies by Adobe for Experience Platform? Can someone point me to the link/url as I am not able to find one.   Thanks. Prateek

Hello Adobe AEM Community,I'm currently dealing with an interesting issue related to the Anchor Link Container within my AEM project.Here is the scenario:I've created a page using a specific template (let's call it Template1), which has a total of eight Anchor Link Containers. Each container includes a Title (acting as the headline) and a Content Fragment (acting as the value). Notably, the Title and Value are two separate components.The flow of loading is such that the Title component is triggered first, followed by the Value component. For the Value component, we've set a path to the Content Fragment, which may or may not include the actual value. The visibility of the Title & Value pair depends on the existence of the value in the Content Fragment. If the value exists, the Title & Value should be displayed; if not, they should be hidden.To manage this visibility, we check the Content Fragment value first, and then adjust a node property called "isDisplayTitle" to true/false

I am creating an Experience Targeting activity where I will be creating three experiences.Experience A - ToysExperience B - ShoesExperience C- PantsExperience D - Default Website I have a top navigation bar on my website that persists throughout the website user flow (as per the below image example). I am trying to create an experience targeting in a way that my audience who belongs to the Toys segment in Experience A will be displayed Toys Promotion Image poster in each drop-down of the Top Navigation bar similarly for Experience B, & C for shoes, and pants. I did try to edit the HTML with the image DAM link, href link, and outer text in the experiences I created for Toys, Shoes, and Pants. It does appear for the page which I entered as an Activity URL at the initial step as per the below screenshot but my changes don't persist when I navigate to other pages. I want the experience to stay throughout the user flow on the website. So, in this case, editing HTML doesn'

After doing a vulnerability scan we found the following vulnerability. How can I make the page not publicly accessible? It doesn't even mention what the page address is for this. I'm trying to find references to the servlet right now but am having a hard time.  Adobe Experience Manager QueryBuilderFeedServlet page is publicly accessible. Sensitive information might be exposed via AEM's QueryBuilderFeedServlet.

Need a help to create custom oak index for the Dam assets to fix warning like below  The query read or traversed more than 100000 nodes.

Hi, I have created a Sling filter and now I need to test it using JUnit. However, the test case is not running and is showing an error in the JUnit test. The error in JUnit is pointing to the line,MockSlingHttpServletRequest request = new MockSlingHttpServletRequest(context.resourceResolver()); Kindly provide me with a solution to make the test run successfully. Thanks, Lokesh

RequirementImplementing session managementSession duration is 30 minsAfter 30 mins, user session should be terminated and local data stored should be deleted.For the logout functionality, I've written a separate servlet that will be triggered on click on 'Logout' button. It will delete all the local user data stored in AEM.Now, my requirement is that if the user does not click on logout button and leave the session idle, session needs to logout after 30 mins automatically along with user data deletion. For the later part to happen, I need to call the method written in the servlet. How can I implement this?

I've looked everywhere and can't figure out why I continue to get the following error when attempting to post a json string to this endpoint: https://[redacted].mktorest.com/bulk/v1/customobjects/customFormJson_c/import.json?json=payload&access_token=[redacted]   [code] => 612 [message] => Invalid Content Type  I'm using cURL in PHP and this is my code:   $JSON_a = array( 'emailAddress' => 'emailaddress@test.com', 'jSONFormSubmission' => 'Form submission data' ); $JSON_e = json_encode($JSON_a); echo "encoded JSON:<br />\n$JSON_e"; $ch = curl_init(); curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_URL,$curl_url); curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_POST, TRUE); curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_POSTFIELDS,$JSON_e); curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER, TRUE); $headers = array( 'Content-Type: application/json;charset=UTF-8', 'Host: [redacted].mktorest.com', 'Authorization: Bearer '.[redacted], 'Accept: application/json' ); echo "<pre>"; print_r($headers); e
