Hi everyone, We are trying to export batch segmentation to batch destination (SFTP) and there is the scenario below:This segmentation is composed of destinations coming from batch data sources. The segmentation was saved in batch format. The sending was done to a batch destination.Batch audience: We have the first case: Sending audience batch to batch destination (SFTP)  We need to send the segmentation every 3 hours (for email marketing activation). What currently happens in the CDP: After the first schedule of audience evaluation, the full base is sent, and only after the subsequent schedules in the following days, the incremental is sent. In other words, we have a scenario where data is sent only once a day, as shown in the screenshot below: At other times, the sending is zeroed (only after 5m Brazil time zone is the incremental sent once a day). The question is: how can we make the CDP send the incremental every 3 hours and not just once a day?

Hello,We are currently reviewing our integration of AEM (on prem) & Adobe Tags / Target. Currently, we use a front-end integration for Tags, and Target is loaded through Tags, which seems to be a classic and recommended integration pattern. However, looking into the documentation, integration through IMS is also extensively documented:Tags : https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-learn/sites/integrations/experience-platform-data-collection-tags/connect-aem-tag-property-using-ims Target : https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-65/content/sites/administering/integration/target-configuring#manually-integrating-with-adobe-target While I understand the technical process of setting up an IMS integration, its advantages are still unclear. The only I could clearly identify is pushing content / XP fragments to target. Are there any other advantages of IMS integration ? In particular, any that improves the A/B test lo

I have a profile script that checks the user's device language and checks against keys for a match to show a translated message. Device language is stored in another profile script called languageDevice. However, I can't save when I refer to it in this script with var deviceLanguage = user.get('languageDevice');I also tried var deviceLanguage = mbox.param('languageDevice'); with no luckfunction getTranslation() {//var deviceLanguage = user.get('languageDevice');//var deviceLanguage = mbox.param('languageDevice');var deviceLanguage = "zh";// Extract language code from deviceLanguage using a regular expressionvar languageCode = deviceLanguage.match(/[a-z]{2,3}(?:-|_)?(?=-|$)/i)[0];//console.log("Device Language:", deviceLanguage);//console.log("Language Code:", languageCode);var translations = {"ar": "اكتشف SBS بأكثر من 63 لغة","de": "Erleben Sie SBS in 63 Sprachen","el": "Ανακαλύψτε τη Ραδιοφωνία SBS σε 63 γλώσσες","es": "Descubre SBS en más de 63 idiomas","fil": "Tuklasi

Hi there, I'm currently facing a very strange issue. In our project we customized the "body.nocloudconfigs",which contains content to export to target. But with the last sdk update, this content is wrapped by a div tag, showing up from nowhere. Can you guys help me solving this issue?thanks to you allSarah

Experiencing an issue where we have a Mobile App that has an integrated Web View (like an iframe within the app) and intermittently, analytics have dropped off on our confirmation page during our user journey. But it's only for iOS where we are seeing the discrepancy. Android and Desktop view numbers match up just fine. This began and was noticed sometime the beginning to Mid October during the 17.0.3 iOS privacy update. Which led me to suspect that update had something to do with it. Data has not risen to normal as it should and it's intermittent for iOS, however I cannot reproduce it from our end since it doesn't happen all of the time. I am hoping someone may have some insight and/or experienced something similar to this and can shed some light or any knowledge. Greatly appreciated.

I'm struggling a bit to find the right approach of a segmentation:We are tracking an app and I would like to build clusters based on the users weekly usage of the app, e.g.Occasional visitors: <=1 visits/app launches per weekFrequent visitors: >1 and <=5 visits/app launches per weekHeavy users: >5 visits/app launches per weekI would later like to visualize their share over time in a 100% stacked bar chart. How would you recommend to define these segments? Please note, that I do not have "Return Frequency" available. I guess this is due to tracking and app and not a website, but not sure. It's just not available in the workspace (no restrictions set). Instead I have- Metric: App Users (Unique Visitors)- Metric: App Launches (Higher than visits. Multiple launches within 30 minutes timeout count as one visit)- Metric: Visits - Dimension: Days since first use - Dimension: Days since last useThe two dimensions could be bucketed using classification. How would you recomme

When using the QueryService in AEP, I realized that the timestamp is only showing datetime format as "05/08/2023, 3:10 PM".What would be the correct SQL to make the results show the seconds as well? ("05/08/2023, 3:10:54 PM")

Hello, I am creating a segmentation Job through API. I am getting an instant Profile count for the specific Audience. What I need is the actual profiles with all its attributes. Is there a way to retrieve the Profiles when the Segmentation Job is finished?

Hey guys, with the immanent demise of third-party cookies, assuming that in one year from DEMDEX is history and even the first-party cookie approach's cookie lifetime drastically cut through ITP, more limitations likely to happen, I have a general question: For AEP, it is recommended to create your own FPID cookie that is written server-side, and pass it into the "identityMap" XDM object, see also. Now, without the Experience Platform and relying on the Experience Cloud ID Service to reidentify the user, I was wondering whether one could not use the same approach i.e.,set up a service that creates and returns a server-side cookie in the specified formatpass this into the Visitor service using the setCustomerIds functionAny thoughts on this? Does this even make sense and will this help to reidentify the user even if the ECID first-party cookie set through your own tracking subdomain expires? Summary: with DEMDEX cookies soon being history since all browser are b

Hi AEM Community,   I am trying to figure out the reason for high heap memory utilization.   When navigating to the Reports -> System Monitoring, we see the below warning -  One of the publish server has high heap size which is 82% of the allocated memory. Checking the publish server's JVM Memory (Heap) we see the below -    Checking the same publish instance's memory usage at /system/console/memoryusage, we see the below stat -  The overall heap memory usage as per the above table is as following -  init = 4.29 Gb used = 2.09 Gb committed = 4.08 Gb max = 4.08 Gb   If the above stat is true then the used heap memory is slightly less than 50% and not the 82% as displayed in the warning. Am I reading these two stats correctly or is there something I am missing?   @arunpatidar, @estebanbustamante, @joerghoh, @aanchal-sikka    We are still combing through our error logs, heap dump and thread logs to figure out

Hi all Has anyone else experienced this issue? We have monthly campaigns that are set to repeat on the second Thursday of every month. After a few runs, they then change themselves to "Schedule repeats on the day after the second Thursday of every month" ie the second Friday of the month. Example from an affected campaign. Here is the recurrence we set starting in December:  It worked as expected for a few months, then in February it ran twice on both the second Thursday and Friday, then in March it only ran on the Friday:  Now the schedule tab shows as below: Thanks

Hi, Working on an engagement program and am curious if mixing email assets and default programs in a single stream is recommended. We currently have streams that are either all email assets or default programs, and are looking to mix both into one single stream. Would there be any issues mixing both into a single nurture stream?  Thanks!

Hi, I am confused about how to create a group of users I can easily share segments and workspace projects.I created a group through the admin console, but it seems that group is only used to add product profiles since it is not available when sharing components.Do I need to create the group elsewhere?  or is there a way to share components with this group I created? Thank you,Leo

Creating campaigns where I need a flow to happen when a certain date is x amount of days ago. Ex. In this batch campaign when the price request form date is 30 days ago, I need it to run the flow. Is this correct? or would I need to use a different date filter like "in past".  It can't be a specific date because it's a campaign that will be scheduled to run daily.

I am building out a master email template, and one of the modules I want to create has a background color (that needs to be transparent) as well as a background image with text overlaying it. I want to know if I can build the transparent color and image as variables into the template so these can be set via the email editor. Here is the current CSS I am using to achieve this: <style> .transparentbg { background-image: linear-gradient(rgba(84, 86, 90, .85), rgba(84, 86, 90, .85)), url('https://go.autoshopsolutions.com/rs/180-DGD-014/images/Layer 1.png?version=0'); background-size: cover; background-color: #54565A; width: 640px; height: 300px; @media screen and (max-width:640px) { .block { display: block !important; width: 100% !important; } } </style>And here is my table for the module:<!-- Transparent Banner Im

I am trying to set an eVar using custom code in Launch through the Analytics Extension. So far, nothing is working, no matter how I try to set it. I see the data that I want in the console, so I know I am receiving it correctly. Is there something I need to do differently or include? I see the test string for the link track as well... console.log("%c ******", "color: red; font-size: 20px"); _satellite.logger.log(event.element.getAttribute('data-acid')); let evarValue = event.element.getAttribute('data-acid') || "No Data Written"; _satellite.logger.log(evarValue); // s.linkTrackVars = "eVar87"; s.eVar87=evarValue; s.tl(this,'o','Link Track in JS v2 Test')

Hi,I have a Calculated field that tracks the status changes of task. The issue is {status} pulls in the Key (the 3 character code) and we want the status name such as "In Progress", as opposed to "INP". Is there a status name field, or would I need to create some If statements to change the values? Thanks!
