Hello, Working on vetting an AEM cloud workflow. We have a blueprint -> Live Copy set up due to having long approval times for content on our site. We also have a Preview and Publish instance configured. I currently have a Publish to Preview workflow that publishing content / dam updates directly to the Preview instance. What I would like to know is if I can add steps to that workflow that once the content is approved that I can trigger the next steps to Synchronize / Roll-out the changes to that pages Live Copy? And then Publish to the Publish(Live) destination? Example of our set up:staging-country/page1.html Live Copy -> live-country/page1.html Content team will edit the page staging-country/page1.html and initiate the workflow that publishes the changes to the Preview destination for approvals.Once approved we manually take that page and use the Synchronize function to push the changes to the Live Copy live-country/page1.html and then Publis

Hi all, I'm trying to work out this expression to display a value (FY25) if a date in a picker is between Oct 1 (24) - Sept 31 (25) Works when I use the first part > than:IF(({DE:Event Start Date}) >= 01/10/2024, IF(({DE:Event Start Date}) <= 30/09/25, "FY25", "-")) But not when I add the second section < than. Also tried the following: IF(({DE:Event Start Date}) >= "01/10/2024" && ({DE:Event End Date}) <= "30/09/25", "FY25", "-") Any ideas out there?Andy

Hello, Everyone. In our project, We use an external accout for Google BigQuery Data Connection.There's no problem to use this one by administrator right.But,  There's data access error if no admi operators try to use it. Error message is like following :You do not have access to data in the data source 'ncdm-p-pii-reader@kone-platform.iam.gserviceaccount.com:kone-platform@C:\Users\acadmin\Desktop\ncdm-p-pii-reader_20231219.json'. We try to change key file directory or directory access permission,created a user was created with all named right except administrator and the user was added to the external account folder. Campaign Operators does not have to have Admin right but need to use bigquery data access.It's critical for us. Is there anyone who have similar problem?Could anyone share any clue in this kind of problem?

Hello, I was wondering if there are any recommended approaches for creating critical path CSS so your each page could use preloaded styles to render above the fold components on first paint? I have looked at some services and also some open source projects such ashttps://github.com/pocketjoso/penthouse I am wondering if there is a way one could generate the CSS as part of either the AEM workflow or in a continuous integration where you crawl the page and generate the CSS and then somehow install content package containing the critical path CSS. Make sure the headlibs sly tags use a page property to include that critical path CSS. Is there already some feature like this OOB that I have not seen?

Hi Team, I am new to AEM and am trying to pick it up as fast as possible as it is a very interesting platform to learn.  How can I resize the Description box when creating custom metadata schema? It is a single text line. I want it to be at least 5 lines and display at all time. It should also adjust size automatically to display the entire entered text. Screen grabs for reference. Our Web analytics team has decided to disable Activity Map dimensions as personal information like email address & phone numbers are populating under Activity Map dimensions for less than 0.1% of the users. Is there a way fix this issue instead of disabling them?

There is an OOTB group in Admin Console called "Cloud_Manager_Admins". It contains product profiles for all the roles on cloud manager. I was wondering what's the purpose of this group? Would it be okay if this is deleted as we have our own customized groups.

Is it possible to create a field in a custom form that tells you who assigned a task? The only field that I see is assignedTo which tells you who the assignee is and not who assigned the task. I would like to avoid using Fusion for this but can use Fusion if necessary.

Hi, So I'm trying to GET the pagingToken to later fetch some email reports. I have a report in which I have a custom calculated field on to calculate the Weekday Difference between Entry Date and Actual Completion Date. I have this custom calculated field formatted as a number.  I need to group by this field on a report (0-10 days, 11-30 days, 30+ days) so that I can pull it into chart. Hi All, Currently we are using AEM 6.5 on-prem and have a Platinum maintenance and support plan as well. We are considering to moving to AEM as a cloud. We have couple if question that would help us 1. We are aware AEM 6.5 is currently being supported. But want to know till when it would be supported. Has there been any update/changes regarding AEM 6.5 support? (Has there been anything mentioned in the recent Adobe summit) 2. Hi all,Currently we're facing an issue where our page alias urls are 404ing and unable to redirect to the actual page. We've noticed that when we change the alias values and republish, we are able to properly redirect to the correct alias url. We are able to see the alias working in our author instances.When checking crx/de, we do see the alias value within the resource properties. Any help or insight would be much appreciated. Thank you.

We will create some complex logic in a query or filter with multiple lines and rules. Sometimes we will want to replicate some or all of these rules in a split. At the moment I will do this all manually, a line at a time, which can be extremely hard and time consuming. Is there an easy way I can copy all of the logic used and paste into a split? I saw there is an option for "Generated SQL Query" that can be copied out, but I can't see how to copy this into anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am testing the Facebook destination connector in AEP and my audiences identity failed, giving an error message "ACTSVC-8105-400 Bad request reported while pushing events to the destination. Please contact the administrator and try again." Does anyone know why I might have received this error to begin with. The mapping stage for the activation is using email as the source field and the target field is hashed email using the Apple Transformation toggle. Thanks!
