I want to track how many users who are differently abled are landing on my webpage. The suggestion I received is to track screen reader usage. How can I access this information using Adobe Analytics? Do I need to embed screen reader detection code on my site, or how does this work?

We recently sent an email campaign; the main CTA was a click to a Marketo Landing Page.In the reporting I could see, of the people who were sent the email 30 people had visited the webpage ( activity: Visit Web Page recorded), but no email click was recorded, the open was recorded.I did ask Marketo Support about this, and they explained that these customers would have disabled email click tracking but accepted web tracking.Has anyone else experienced this? Are there any good articles on this topic? Also, is there anyway to work out what % of our customers have disabled email click tracking?( The Marketo Landing Page was not shared any other way and these clicks did follow the email send and open activity).Thank you

Hi @jennifer_dungan, For Paid processing rules, I am setting the channel's value to "Search Engine + Search Keyword(s)", which according to this below page is defined as follows:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/analytics/admin/admin-tools/manage-report-suites/edit-report-suite/marketing-channels/c-rulesWhy this below case was happening.1. In Paid Search, I am seeing a lot of "None" - what might be the cause of that?2. The value for "search_keyword" in the : delimited "Search Engine + Search Keyword(s)" string is consistently "::empty::" for Paid Search. Obviously this is useless information. Is this a bug/limitation with "Search Engine + Search Keyword(s)", or is there something else that might be contributing to this issue here?

Hi, I am new to AEM and exploring the mobile apps part of it.  The AEM help section has a phone gap kitchen sink example at https://github.com/blefebvre/aem-phone gap-kitchen-sink I downloaded the zip file but when I try to extract it ,it throws an error 'The zip file is invalid". Is there an alternate location where the example is available? Thanks,Sakshi

Hi everyone,We have an event handler to handle the replication event and are doing some processing based on that. And we have a scheduled job to republish a list of pages. Now we don't want to get that event handler triggered when the replication event occurs by this job.Is there a way to identify the replication event is coming from that particular job or any other way to achieve this?

Hi all, my first post here. 🙂 Please let me know if things aren't clear. I'm responsible for maintaining an AEM as a Cloud Service instance that will serve about 20 sites, each with its own domain name and hence its own certificate(s). I don't want to maintain them manually.  From what I've seen in this community someone in 2019 asked a similar question but it seemed clearly targeted for on-prem (happy to be wrong though):https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/regarding-renewing-the-ssl-certs-automatically-in-author-and/m-p/318289 So my question is whether one can somehow integrate a tool like Certbot (https://certbot.eff.org/) that would automatically renew all certificates (usually on a quarterly basis)? As it was developed for webservers likes Apache's httpd that underlie AEMaaCS it seems like a natural fit. If not, how do others manage instances with many domain names? Thank you in advance,Jakob.

How do I add or remove templates so that it is enabled in Preset when generating output

I am currently updating our Adobe Analytics dashboards for 2025 and notice something incorrect in one of our dashboards(screenshot below).I find this a bit odd, as no gated content form is offered on the first, third, or eighth pages. Could you explain why these are counted as gated content form conversions in Adobe Analytics.

Hello,I'm seeing some unexpected results in my Marketo Smart Campaign flow. Here's how it's set up:Step 1: Send EmailChoice 1: IF condition is "X" then Send Email 1Choice 2: IF Random Sample is "50" then Send Email 2Default Choice: Send Email 3After running the campaign, the email send counts are:Email 1: 900 recordsEmail 2: 700 recordsEmail 3: 250 recordsI expected Email 2 and Email 3 to have roughly the same number of sends because I used a 50% random sample split. Can anyone explain why I'm seeing this uneven distribution between Email 2 and Email 3?

Hi everyone, our implementation - we are sending data to adobe analytics through AEP WEB SDK using DCR approach through EDGE network IssueAs per the existing Implementation - we are tracking the CTA button names/text present on the U.I on the Web Interaction Link Click calls. However, on the Web Interaction Commerce events (Like add to cart, instant purchase etc) we are passing custom hard coded value as name of the CTA, which is polluting the data that is flowing to Adobe Analytics  especially, we are not firing a seperate link click call on the click of CTA's like "Add to Cart", "Buy now" for which, we are firing only commerce typed web interaction call where we are passing custom hard coded names as "Action name" on these calls When i checked with Developer to make the CTA name (Action name) tracking consistent on all web interaction calls, he mentioned he was having some technical challenges which I don't know/I'm not aware of Currently, I proposed

I am encountering a strange issue in AEM. We have multiple projects (representing different domains) on a single instance, each with its own separate codebase. The problem is that the references for an asset are updated correctly when the page belongs to a particular project (lets say A). However, if I use the same asset on a page from a different project (lets say B), the reference does not get updated, and in the asset properties, it shows 0 references. I am using AEM SP 17.What I tried:1. Either I deploy project A or B, the problem remains there. In both scenarios references are updated only if the asset is used in project A.2. No browser console errors are there when I open the asset > properties > references after using it on a page in project B.3. No errors in error.log (on clicking references tab)I have already gone through these threads:https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/asset-properties-references-is-empty-in-aem-6-5-20/m-p/688081htt

Am having 2 ListOList objects as below assuming both are of same size eachwhere as while rendering the loop in HTL i need to render mydomelement loop and get even the mydommeta value of same index.example : <div data-test-value="${mydommeta}" gets fails to instantiate without any list or doesn't even work with index.List<String> mydomelement = new ArrayList<>();List<String> mydommeta = new ArrayList<>();...<sly data-sly-list.mydomElem=="${mytestobj.mydomelement}"><sly data-sly-list.cell="${mydomElem}"><div data-test-value="${mydommeta}">${cell}</div></sly></sly><sly data-sly-list.mydomElem=="${mytestobj.mydomelement}" data-sly-list.mydommetaElem=="${mytestobj.mydommeta}"> -- Makes the loops repeated twice. any suggestions to fetch the second List obj with in fist Array List loop.?

We are working on a client that has a profile dataset available in CJA. As part of our analysis tasks, we want to know the subscriptor statement (actived or canceled) at a given snapshot. However, when we set the report, we are observing that when a profile dimension is used for a specific event, CJA returns multiple value if user has multiple values during along the time, acting as a list var. But when using the same dimension but on the event dataset, attribution is as we expected and only shows the last value known. Data with profile dimension Person IDTimestampEvent typesuscription state (profile dataset)A01/10/2024order upgradeactiveA01/10/2024order upgradecanceledB01/10/2024order canceledactiveB01/10/2024order canceledcanceled Data with event dimensionPerson IDTimestampEvent typesuscription state (event dataset)A01/10/2024order upgradeactiveB01/10/2024order canceledcanceled Is this a expected behaviour or is it caused by a wrong implement?

We have a data attribute that is being brought into our customer data platform without an associated timestamp. Is there anyway we would be able to use this attribute to target only incremental customers that are added to this attribute? For example if we wanted to target customers who were added to this attribute after January 23rd 2025? I was wondering if "add to profile" in AJO or "computed attributes" in CDP could help us solve this issue for us. Let me know if you have any suggestions!

Hi All , i have below 2 questions, 1 ) How does tracking is captured when a specific link is clicked by Recipient in email, what is end to end backend process . Can i get a explanation? 2) How do you we know if a user opens a email , how it is captured by ACC. Thanks in advance

Hi All  Has anyone tried to customize the ACS AEM Commons Generic List to include a third field(by default there is two field available as you can see in the image) in the Generic List without enabling localization. My findings :i came across a blog you can check these out as well but this doesn't seem to be working. jsp which is responsible for rendering /apps/acs-commons/components/utilities/genericlist/content/content.jsp

Hi All, Does anyone know of a workaround solution to remove individual event data from UIS/UPS, without complete dataset removal? From my understanding, this currently can't be done. We are exploring options on how to achieve this if possible.   Thanks, David

Is it possible to test email content in one node in journeys or we need to use Condition node and split the users manually?

Hey guys, when I want to activate an audience in RTCDP, is it actually not possible to include specific interaction information on the side of the profile information to give more context?

Hi all,Does AEP keep a historical record of the profiles included in different samples used for the RTCDP audience estimator tool? If so, how would I query this history to gauge what an estimated audience size was at a historical point-in-time? The use case is that we have analysts looking to compare the confidence interval during audience build with qualified profiles to test the accuracy of the estimator.

I have few profiles which do not exist in my CRM and I want them to go-away from RT-CDP as well. What are my options? I do not see a delete option by UI or API anywhere. Can this be by-passed and-or if there is any workaround for it ?

Hello  Has anyone considered using AEP APIs to collect profile data (e.g. hashed email/phone, etc) and sending via using APIs vs configuring EventForwarding using the dataloader??? I'm thinking this saves the time of the application to find and source customer info that the application won't have... but the AEP profile will thanks!

Utilizing an external lookup field and was previously pulling in the name of a task... easy enough. Now I need to grab a custom field from that task but the formatting for it is escaping me. I have tried a variety of formats without success, even looking at a fusion output bundle to validate the jump down to the parameterValues level. Thanks in advance for anyone who has already done this!
