Hi, we need to be able to export a report on user acitivies within the adobe campaign application. What is the best way to go about doing this?We would like to have a report that tells us how many logins made/or attempts each day, how many unique users started workflows etc. Thanks in advanced.

Hi, I would like to ask if there is a possible way to include a custom field in a Smart List Report View? We wanted to track a person's activity on the contact level. Hi team, While setting up Adobe recommendations, we tried to import Google Product Feed. However, we ran into an error saying 'File parsing failed' (like below) with no further details.  Can you provide more information on what this error is related to? Hi ,We have a requirement to populate the dropdown values by reading the JSON value using datasource .So  I had uploaded JSON data and created a servlet to populate the values in dropdown .But it is not working on local AEM environment whereas it works on lower AEM instance .Please suggest whether this has any dependencies . Thanks in Advance! 

Hello everyone !We have some events with the 'record once per visit' type and use them as default counters.I compare one record once per visit event with visits metric(using segment on hit with the values in CustomLink and Products dimensions). In most cases, difference between this 2 methods is really small, like < 3%, but in some urls it can be more than 30%, what may be the reasons of that ?Is it correct to compare these metrics and how does Adobe Analytics calculate values of the 'record once per visit' events ?

A new field is created with the exact same picklist values as the previous one.   

We have begun testing AMP emails in our marketing instance. Cool stuff. But there is no AMP tab available in Message Center template deliveries after installing the AMP for Email package. Am I assuming correctly that Message Center support is not enabled yet?

Hello,I have a sandbox environment where I would like to test some features that require SMTP connection. I saw this article explaining how to set it up https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/cloud-service/networking/examples/email-service.html?lang=en but as far as I understand this requires advanced networking which is not supported in sandbox (see documentation) My question is: how can I set up SMTP for my sandbox env? Is this possible? 現在２種類のサービスを提供中なのですが、サービス毎に別々でスコアを加算・管理したいなと考えています。   現在のスコア項目は以下のような形です。 ・リードスコア ・行動スコア ・属性スコア（属性があまりないためほぼ使っていない）   サービスに関係なくスコア加算しており、一定のリードスコアが溜まればsalesforceのToDoを発行する、というフローをとっています。   単純にAサービスのスコア・Bサービスのスコアと、項目を新たに作成すればよいのか その場合リードスコアの扱いはどうすべきか という点で悩んでいるのですが、どのように運用するべきでしょうか？   サービス毎の良い管理方法があれば教えていただけると幸いです。

I know that there are a few keyboard shortcuts for the WYSIWYG tool within AEM Author screen, like to make text bold or italic; I was wondering if there were keyboard shortcuts for second-level text edits like emphasis and and strong. I ask because our firm is bound by strict ADA standards and they require the two forms of edits mentioned vs. the traditional forms mentioned earlier. Unfortunately I do not have access to macro tools or mappers such as AHK.Thanks in advance.

Hello, In Static template page, author can drag the components and re-order them in the page. But the same is not working in Editable template page. While I try to re-order the components in the Editable template page, the whole  layout container and the components added to that layout container is getting moved. In Editable template page is there a way to re-order the components on the page ? Thanks,Meenakshi

There's new documentation about how to implement Target with the Edge Network API, However, it doesn't mention how I can pass all the options/params I usually send to the Target Delivery API, for example, let's say I need to send an "at_property" token to be able to retrieve activities from a specific Target workspace. How can I achieve this in the Edge Network API? is there any docs explaining how to migrate from the Delivery API to the Edge Network API?

Hello, In Design dialog of the page, when author can see all the OOTB components along with Custom components. Similarly in editable template while adding the policy author can see all the OOTB components.  Classic Design dialog : Editable template policy:  Is there a way to hide/remove those components and show only custom components. Thanks,Meenakshi 

Hi all,I figured out that Adobe has added the annotation option to the data in the free form table:When I click on this option, I get to the next view:When I finish filling out the title, and selecting the date range I want to make the annotation for I click on "save".After that, I don't see anything happen to my project. I don't see the annotation I made. Where can I find this? I would want to use it to explain some of the spikes in my line chart. thanks!

Hi team, I'm basically looking to achieve some response header modification (e.g. "location" for redirect patterns etc.) But the problem is stated below.1.  Maximum response buffer size is set as 150 KB; But header section at few pages are writing more content in response which is causing the response to get committed in earlier state before component 1 is chained.2. So, now if I need to update response headers based on certain result from component 1's REST call (to some remote platform); I'm unable to perform as the response is already committed and no further byte codes will be entertained. So I'm trying to explore if there's any way this situation can be handled. Hi guys, Have you guys ever experienced any issues with records not deleting in Marketo? I have some records I would like to remove from the instance, but Marketo would not process them to be deleted from the database. After I ran the single flow action for deletion, it gave me a result of 0. And there is no activity log for that single flow action in the record whatsoever. They are records in Marketo only (don't exist in CRM). And they have not been synced to CRM at any point. Why can't I remove them from Marketo? Any advice or suggestions will appreciate it!
