Can one have lists load process in Adobe campaign standard . Looks like I need to load every one in to Profile to be able to send an email. Classic had the capability to use external File Target mapping to do this. Is there no way I can send emails out wit

In ACS indeed you need to create profiles first.

There is no external file mapping or sending to list data in ACS
