Hi everyone,     In Adobe XD, I've been having some issues exporting assets. Especially, the image quality seems to be much worse than what I see in the XD file when I try to export my design as a PNG. Nothing seems to be functioning despite my attempts to change the export options and even export as a new file format. Has anyone else encountered this problem or has any ideas about how to resolve it? I would be very grateful for any assistance or knowledge you could offer.   Thanks in advance!

We are just starting with Adobe Target within our digital experiences.  I'm interested if anyone has feedback on where to start (prioritization tips for first implementation) and/or any key learnings for establishing an Adobe Target / Personalization practice within our organization.   

Hey all,I am revamping the way an old agency did "Lead source recent" programs. They have it set up that if the program status is changed, then the lead source recent will be Direct/Organic. This would mean even if they came in through something like paid search, Marketo would stamp the lead source recent as "Direct/Organic" overwriting the just stamped "Paid Search".   The lead source recent field includes a date but not a time. How can I find a way to make sure if the field was just stamped within x seconds, then this flow skips updating it as the default "Direct/organic"

Hello there.   We use Form API to submit form data into Marketo from AEM. The data gets into MKTO correctly. But the data value in a field isn't. We have a field that gets multi select values. For all the Multi select values, there are multi values as well.   For example, if there is are A,B,C as mutli select values, if an user selects A, then Marketo has to get the values as A1,A2,A3. Likewise for B, it should get B1,B2,B3. We know this is possible if we use MKTO LP and MKTO Form. We tried change data value option as well, but even that doesn't satisfy the condition.    Is there a way in AEM to send in correct values into MKTO?   Thanks!

TL;DR - I'm trying to apply a clientlib to the page content in editor.html without it being included in the published content. AEM has a clientlib for FontAwesome here: /etc/clientlibs/acs-commons/vendor/fontawesome/css/font-awesome.css.This is included in editor.html, but because the content of the page is actually in an iframe, the font-awesome styles don't apply to any of the components. I'm trying to figure out how I can either 1) use the existing CSS call to apply to the contents in the iframe or 2) find a way to include the font awesome CSS in the page content just in the authoring mode and not have it get included when the page gets published. It's a long complicated story, but our content is being placed inside a wrapper that already calls font awesome (but this wrapper isn't in AEM). I could just include it into the page template, but then we would have two calls loading the CSS (in the header, and in the page content). Looking for any suggestions of how I might

I am unable to save a custom metadata property added to an asset in my local dev instance. I am logged in as "admin", and "admin" has Create, Modify, and Delete permissions on the /conf folder.    

I know non-licensed people cannot use filters in public reports, but looking for more thorough understanding of public report limitations for non-users. It looks like they can still see groupings in the report, so wanted to confirm that also . Assuming licensed users will still receive the full experience when they click the public link.Same with dashboards.

Dear All,   Does anyone know if assigning predecessors to parent task causes any issues or is not a good practice when building your timeline or template? Has anyone seen any documentation related to this matter? We have several templets at use and our Project team reports that project timelines do not recalculate upon changes where parent task include predecessors. Hi All,  As most of you, we defined and use the Marketing Channel to understand from where the traffic is coming on our site: It's mainly based on url parameter and Adobe automatic detection. Now, my marketeer would like to have the same logic to know how the traffic is coming on their product page but also including internal traffic: - from our main page - from banner on our site - from button on our site - same rule as the marketing channel   I was thinking of using processing rule but it act on hit level, so I cannot see what was the preceeding call... Maybe a solution would be to define this in the processing rule but as evar and use the persistency of this one in the project for analysis.   Do you have the same kind of request? Any suggestion?   Thanks   Robin

Hi everyone, The Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application won't install on my machine. Despite my repeated attempts to download it from the Adobe website, the installation procedure always seems to be stuck. I've also tried deleting my cache and turning off my antivirus program, but those actions don't seem to have made a difference. Do you have any ideas on how I might tackle this problem? Only on author instance I want to do mapping for URLs without .html. I have written the regex for sling:match. My use case is like, when a user hits URL like /content/we-retail/en is should redirect to /content/we-retail/en.html . ie, I want to append .html to whichever path the user is hitting, if it doesn't have .html and also I want to do this only for AEM author.   Thanks in advance.

Is there a way to remove the need for an Approver on a timesheet, even if it includes Project or Task Time?   The profiles seem to only list Vacation, Family Medical, PTO, Sick & General as Available Hour Types - but Project & Task aren't included.

What's the best way to build an email preference center in ACS? In the image below you'll see I'm trying to create a page with checkboxes, fields like email frequency, etc. Is this doable via a landing page template (see current template in image) or do you have to custom code it elsewhere and import it into adobe? I've searched help docs and community questions, but so far I haven't seen any way to build anything like what's in the goal state image so any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance!

From sling filter, in case of an error we are trying to send back the response code to the browser using SlingHttpServletResponse setStatus method and then forward to error page using RequestDispatcher. Please see the code below for the same - slingResponse.setStatus(errorCode); RequestDispatcher dispatch = slingRequest.getRequestDispatcher(redirectURLForErrorPage); dispatch.forward(slingRequest, slingResponse); This is working fine if the errorCode is in series of 400 i.e. 401, 404 etc. but its not working for errorCode 500.If the errorCode is 500, it sends back the 500 error code to browser but does not forward to the error page. The same code works fine on local for both 400s and 500s error codes but does not work on the cloud environments. We have tried using dispatch.include and setting larger buffer size, as suggested in some other posts in this community, but that didnt work. Is this something that is blocked by some dispatcher config in cloud or some other issue, please suggest

Hello,   We have a use case where we need to visualize profile data enriched in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) using Tableau.  Upon researching, I found that we can connect AEP to Tableau via Query Service. However, to access real-time customer data platform (RTCDP) profile data and the events related to it, I would need to query and join datasets. I am uncertain whether Tableau can utilize the RTCDP profile API without any customization.   My question is whether there is a way to access the customer 360 enriched profile directly via Tableau. I am aware that in AEP, we can create a new dataset and utilize the Profile Export API to create a dataset containing details of the customer 360 profile. I am interested in knowing if there is a direct method to achieve this.   Please note:- We can visualize the data in AEP as well but right now its not an option for us.   Thanks in advance

I have a scheduled PDF export on my Workspace. The Workspace has a collapsed panel to improve performance. I want to retain this collapsed panel on the dashboard but on the exported PDF report I would like the panel to be expanded.Would this be possible?

Hiya folks,   I'm using the following combination ͏   to create white space right after the pre-header to avoiding pulling the email's elements into the inbox view/envelope content. I post the combo in my HTML Source Editor and as soon as I click apply and go back, the &#847 portion of the combo disappears. Anyone know why? Ty! 

Hi,   I want to check if the word 'POST' comes back in a contextual attribute: {{context.journey.events.00000._company.igOrder.igEntries.CarrierUid}}   So I want this:   If {{context.journey.events.00000._company.igOrder.igEntries.CarrierUid}} contains the word 'Post' ( not case sensitive), I want to show: "Post bezorging" in the e-mail.   I know how to use the if statements, but the documentation is totally not clear about how to use the contain function.    Can someone help me with this?   Thanks!!

I have trouble telling when one report starts and another ends. any ideas on color coding, bolding or background color to allow for contrast.
