Hi all,  Is it possible to create a proofing approval report that will only show me proofs that have more than one stage?  We're currently experiencing some trouble with non-reviewing users accidentally opening proofs and creating an automatic second stage.  While I haven't found an easy way to prevent that, having a report that shows me proofs which have been effected is a good compromise.  Our "normal" proofs always only have a single stage, so this report would help me spot anything that's gone awry at a glance.  I tried using the built-in reporting filters, but I wasn't able to figure this out on my own. Is it even possible?

Our team is starting to work in Workfront Planning. We know about the calendar view. We are looking for advice on how to link multiple calendars into one "Super" Calendar. Imagine regional teams (EMEA, APAC, LATAM, US, Global) each having their own workspace where they document their regional events. For day-to-day life they focus on their regional events. Now imagine a global marketing leader wants to see what we have planned for global events ALONG with regional events in a timeline view. The goal of this view is to make sure we are optimizing the regional events and make sure they are timed correctly and don't take away from the global events

In our current project, when publishing a page, the workflow includes an approval process after which the page is given an onTime property so that it will be published automatically at the specified time. However, when the workflow adds the onTime property to the page, AEM first unpublishes the page and then republishes it automatically once the specified time is reached. My question is: when adding the onTime property to a page (e.g., /content/projectA/mypage/jcr:content), is it possible to suppress AEM’s default behavior of unpublishing the page? For reference, when the onTime property is added to content under /content/dam, the content is not unpublished—instead, it is simply published automatically once the onTime is reached.

I'm trying to find a way to run a task report that will show me when a Project Sponsor is not one of the users assigned to the task in that project.   These do not work assignmentsUsersMM:ID=FIELD:projectSponsorID assignmentsUsersMM:ID_Mod=notinassignmentsUsersMM:ID=FIELD:project:sponsorIDassignmentsUsersMM:ID_Mod=notin     I'm not sure if it's possible since the Assignments is a collection of data on the task, and ultimately, it's too many jumps to get to the project sponsor ID?     Any suggestions?  

Hello community, We are experiencing the following issue: occasionally, when running workflows, we get the following error in some deliveries "ORA-210000 Oracle error: ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment number N with name "X" too small". These are isolated errors that do not happen always in the same workflows and always work when re-run. What could be causing this? Thanks

I've an email campaign that needs to be sent to different audiences but with same content and different header images. The main datasource remains the same. Is there an easy way of doing this?

I am trying to follow the documentation for creating Core Components based form fragments. It mentions to use template based on Core Components:But there are no template types or templates available for it. I have created and deployed the AEM project using archetype 45 as suggested in the documentation but there is no template for form fragments, only for creating form.Any help on this. cc @kautuk_sahni   

We are experiencing an issue where a specific JavaScript file is not loading properly in our AEM environment. The issue persists even after restarting the AEM instances hosted on AWS. The JS file is either not loading at all or returning a 404 error. We have verified that the file exists in the repository. Restarting the AEM instances did not resolve the issue. No recent changes were made to the file or its path. The file has been published and activated in AEM publisher and author.Path of the JS file in AEM: etc/designs/chase-demo/clientlibs.min.js.

Hello, I am leaving my company. I am currently the administrator. I would like to reassign the administrator role to two other users. I keep receiving this error message when I attempt to log in to the Adobe Admin Console.   I have been one of only two admins for nearly 10 years. I have a use case that is resource-intensive, and I cannot run it on the author instance. Instead, I want to execute it on a single publisher, save the output as a DAM file, and then sync it across other publishers.To achieve this, I decided to use Sling Content Distribution (forward distribution). Here’s what I’ve done so far:Set up a forward distribution agent and a trigger on the source publisher.Configured a local distribution package importer on the target instance.From the source publisher side, the connection test is successful, and when I try distributing content from the console it reports “package delivered.” However, I don’t see any updates reflected in the target instance.One observation: I can see the POST calls in the target instance’s request logs, but the actual content updates aren’t showing up. Has anyone faced a similar issue or know what I might be missing in this setup? 

When navigating the Content Tree in AEM every time I open a folder in the siderail it shows the folders AND assets in that folder in the siderail. It shows the same thing in the results pane as well. Are we able to set up AEM to ONLY show the folders in the Content Tree side rail and not show the assets there? It makes it so much more difficult to navigate the folder structure when a ton of assets show up in it and there is no reason to see them in the siderail since I see them in the results pane.

Hi all, I want to export a journey triggered by a custom unitary event from PRE to PROD environment. This journey is started by a custom event sent from a 3rd party platform and it sends an email to the customer/profile specified by the custom event. Email uses contextual attributes as content personalizarion. Issue: After exporting the journey (and its dependencies), we see that the context attributes need to be re-added to the template inside the journey in order to get the journey published. However, I get this error when trying to do this: Workaround: The only solution I have found is to delete the email action from the journey and add it again (with re-work configuring everything again). This is not ideal because it involves manual work in PROD environment. I'd appreciate any help on this topic. @mayank_gandhi @satheeskannak

Where can I locate programs that were cloned with emails built in the new email editor? I accidentally cloned a program containing one and it went through since when I tried cloning it again with the same name, Marketo said the program already exists. The issue is that the cloned program isn't showing up in my search. Is there still a way to find that cloned program.

Dear Community Members, I have a use case where I’ve created an audience in Data Distiller that is evaluated daily. This audience will be used as a Read Audience in an AJO journey. Business requirement:Each day, we should send only 1,000 emails total.Within this, we want to apply quotas per attribute. For example, I have attributes (attr01, attr02, … attr100), and I would like to ensure that only 10 emails are sent for attr01, 10 for attr02, and so on. Questions:1) Is it possible to enforce such per-attribute capping directly within AJO journeys?2) If not, what are the best practices or recommended approaches?For example, should this be handled in Data Distiller SQL before sending the audience into AJO? (The drawback here is that we lose a significant portion of target profiles if we randomly select only 10.)Or, is there a way to manage this within AJO using journey throttling or splits?Any guidance, examples, or workarounds would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in a

Ahead of a major content update, multiple pages on a hotel website need to be updated and also translated and localized to regional sites. From what we've gathered, Translation does not happen within Launches. We believe Launches is still the best approach to help manage the various content edits, but we haven't been able to find documentation that details this entire use case. This is how we understand the process:   Create the Launch and add pages (which are copies of source pages) Edit the content within Launches (does not impact source pages) If setup with inheritance, any changes to source pages are auto updated to the launch copy Promote the Launch Run translation  Perform final UAT Publish   Concerns/Questions: - If Launches is used to manage the content edits, at what point would we promote the Launch and trigger the Translation? - What is the recommended approach to UAT/getting stakeholder approvals on the content between Launches > Translation and Publis

 Recently, I've encountered two issues while working with AEM GraphQL. I've looked through a lot of documentation but haven't found clear answers, so I’d like to ask here.
