Hello Everyone,I am trying to create a POC using Helix, in which I am trying to deliver some content in JSON format. It includes a nested JSON structure. Hi there, I've recently enhanced the deliveries input forms and data schema by adding columns for both product and product category, along with respective enumerations. Now, users are required to select values from dropdown menus for both product and product category.Here's the challenge: each product belongs to a specific category, and I want users to only see the categories related to the selected product in the dropdown for product category.  Could you please advise on the appropriate expression to use in the enumeration or where to specify this condition? I am working on a migration from Adobe Analytics to CJA, and current state both Adobe Analytics and CJA are running in parallel. Adobe Analytics is using the old client-side b/ss calls while CJA is pulling data from xdm interact calls. When comparing data between Adobe and CJA, it has been observed that whole sessions attributed to one ECID are present in Adobe Analytics but not in CJA. There are page views and events that get collected in AA that aren't collected in CJA at all. The data collection is set up with the same rule triggers, it is not isolated to one browser/OS or anything like that. It is more like in some cases the entire interact call is failing while the AA beacon is sent without issue. I am looking for insight as to why an interact call would fail when a b/ss call would succeed. It is not something I have been able to reproduce in browser so I am curious if there is a technical or latency difference between the two that would exist on an end user's browser th

Hello community members, I have a question regarding one of the use cases in AEP. We've developed a schema for web interaction data, with ECID as the primary identifier and CRM ID as the secondary identifier. We chose ECID as the primary ID because the CRM ID may be empty if the customer doesn't log in, and we also aim to link interactions with anonymous customers. However, we foresee a problem with this approach. If multiple customers use the same device to access the website or make a purchase, it leads to linking multiple customers and considering them as the same, which is inaccurate. One solution could be to clear the ECID as soon as the user logs out or a new user logs in. However, this approach would result in multiple ECIDs being created for the same customer, and AEP has a limit of a maximum of 50 identities per profile. I understand that this is not a common scenario where many profiles are using the same device for transactions, but it is still possible. I have a global report suite where domain 1 uses the AA & ECID extensions on its pages and domain 2 will be migrating to Web SDK. The visitor can move back and forth between sites (and pages) during the same visit. What happens to the ECID visitor count in this case? Will we see inflated visitor numbers between the sites (with the ECID set twice) or will the Web SDK implemented site automatically see the ECID from app measurement pages?Ideally, it would be best to migrate both at the same time but we can't at the moment due to time constraints.ThanksMark

Hi all, I was wondering if Adobe has made any effort to adjust open rates and/or provide insight into how open rates have changed after Apple rolled out Mail Privacy Protection (MPP) for their mail app? In our case, we suspect that open rates in Adobe Campaign are too good to be true. Part of our brand portfolio is managed through Hubspot where we experience much lower open rates than in Adobe Campaign. Hubspot does offer the possibility to filter out machine opens and calculate an adjusted open rate. Does Adobe have anything similar? If not, how do we deal with the false positive open tracking?

Hello Team, We're on 6.5.14, We have content fragments like news/articles, as part of authoring, authors associcate the assets like images or tags to CFs. And to publish these CFs we use custom workflow for approval. CFs is publishing fine after approval but the assoicated assets like images / tags aren't publishing. And more ever, in the DAM no way to select the reference assets while creating workflow (assets workflow isn't a wizard like page workflow). Is there way to publish the references of CFs in custom workflow .? Thanks,Venkat

Recently one of my clients faced an issue with AEM Author being unresponsive. The issue was resolved by restarting the server. However it was observed that before the server went down, there has been some authoring activity which was going on primarily around adding images and text in an accordion. The client had loaded around 60+ images and assets inside an accordion.The traces from Adobe also indicated this specific page and the accordion component. What I would like to understand here is, is there any limitations to the accordion component in terms of how many items could be added inside? Or is it an authoring edge case? Or any other possible explanations?

Good morning,I have Adome Aem on premise with 4 Publish machines. I need to ensure that a portion of the page on a web page is not saved in the cache memory of the dispatcher servers.I tried using experience fragments. When I edit and then publish the experience fragments it updates while the web page containing it does not, the cache memory relating to the web page of the dispatcher servers does not update. How can I solve the problem.Thank you

Hi all,Let us say I have two teams, one for UI development (HTML, JS and CSS)  and the other for AEM Development and the work for these two teams is clearly delineated.For SEO Implementation:1. it looks like most of the work needs to be done by UI development team. Is it true?2. Configuring the Rich Text Editor for producing accessible content: Is it the job of UI development team?3. What is the work of AEM Development team?4. I read configuring components for Alt Txt etc. This definitely is the work of AEM Development team.5. So, how to estimate AEM efforts?6. GPU Showing 0% on Task Manager after a light use Session, Not on Startup.CPU: i7-12700kGPU: 3060ti 8GB RAM: 32GB Encountering a GPU issue with using Photoshop. My application starts normally and runs well on my GPU for the first 3-5 minutes. It then stops working and starts using 0% on task manager.I have a 3060ti along 32gb of memory, this should be more than enough to handle multiple edits, however the same issue occurs when I use 1 low quality image leading me to believe its not an allocation error. My RAM, CPU, and GPU usage are low during this. It just seems to cut off, no thermal issues either. This occurs on each launch, it does not carry over. So if I were to re-launch photoshop after the first example that I gave, it would work for 3-5 minutes before doing the same. I checked the logs and there's no indication of a change in the program compatability. The same software versions and settings work on my laptop that uses a 2060, this only started happening recently.&nbs

Hello!  I have 3 segments (segment 1, segment 2, segment 3) included in another segment (segment 4 = segment 1 OR segment 2 OR segment 3).I need to update the segment 2 with new values. If I update the segment 2 with the new values, does these changes reflect in the segment 4 as well? Or do I need to make these changes directly in segment 4? Does anyone knows how it works?  Thank you!
