Hi all, I am attempting to do some SLA comparison reporting and I am able to do the value expression below but am having trouble applying conditional formatting. GTE 0 then make it green text with green background. LT 0 then make it red text with red background. Hi Community, We have an issue where we have built a form in one of our many partitions. This form is embedded on an external website. The way it works is someone fills out the form and if their email address exists in this specific partition, they get opted into SMS marketing messages via a smart campaign we have built. The problem we are seeing is that if someone fills out the form and uses an email that already exists in Marketo but in a different partition, the form fillout gets attributed to that existing record in the other partition and they do not get opted into SMS messages because they do not exist in the dedicated partition where the campaign is run.What we would like to have happen is that if the person who fills out the form does not have an account in the dedicated partition, we would like one to be created. However, we currently have the Email field blocked from getting updated via form fillout because we don't want our data to get messy and unmanageable. 

When 100% traffic is assigned to AB testing: why not all users are getting qualified for the test in general.  Would like to understand the list of reasons or documentation where I could refer.

Hi WF Community,I'd like to generate a report that shows me all programs that have active projects within them. * Active projects = project Status not in Deleted, Complete, Scoping Archived * This must take into account that some programs might have completed projects AND active projects. These programs should show up on my report.   I'm thinking maybe this is a project report with an EXISTS in a text mode filter?  We don't deactivate programs, and we're yet to create a custom program Status field.   I'll continue to see if I can find a way, but any suggestions are welcomed.Thanks, Nick

 Is there a way to convert PDFs in the AEM DAM so they are Read Only? Our marketing team uploads editable PDFs into the DAM but they are wondering if there's a script or workflow to modify PDFs to make them read-only after they get uploaded?

Hello, We are looking to transmit tracking information from various channels, such as emails, push notifications, SMS, and others, to an external third-party endpoint. Currently, any tracking data generated is stored within the Message Tracking system dataset in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). However, we face a challenge as there is no direct method to stream this data from the dataset to the desired endpoint.We considered using Unitary Events, but I've recently learned that these events do not get triggered when data is ingested into a system-generated dataset. Another potential solution is to export the dataset from AEP, but this approach does not suit our needs because we require the data to be transmitted in real-time or near real-time.We also looked into email reactions as an option, but found it to be limited to use within journeys only, not campaigns. Our goal is to implement this logic across both campaigns and journeys.Could you please advise on any alternative solution

Hi Team, Is there a way to pass custom field value (part of event schema) to AJO OOTB (Message feedback and Email Tracking) datasets For ex: Touchpoint ID is an attribute on event schema and can have multiple values for a profile, we want to somehow get this Touchpoint ID to AJO OOTB datasets(Message feedback and Email Tracking) so that we know which event is tagged to which touchpoint ID.if it is possiible plz let us know how?@mohan_dugganab @satheeskannak @akshaaga

I have added a custom index for cqPageLucene but its not showing up on CRXDE after deploying on local. cqPageLucene already has a few indexes. Hi We're running a kick-start but having an issue whereby the setSubmittedByID column seems to be ignored and I am the Submitter of 200+ Requests... I've also tried the setEnteredByID field but without success, how do I set the original Requester ID? Guessing an option is to use setOwnerID as the stakeholder which does work as expected 😊     Thanks!

Currently we are on classic UI and my clientlibs and other structures are under the etc folder. We are using the static template. We have initiated project to the upgrade the AEM from classic to touch UI, clientlibs under the ui.frontend package. Along with to this, we also wanted to upgrade to the latest archetype i.e. 47. When I tried to upgrade the archetype, I faced several issues related to jackrabit validation related issues belonging to the node location, node properties (Classic UI dialog related issues) etc.Should I move the nodes, covert the dialog first then go back to upgrade the archetype? Please suggest the sequence. Thank You.
