Are these all of the IP addresses that we need to whitelist? We used a GIF in an email for the first time today. We have been seeing great inbox placement recently in the high 90's. With this GIF email we saw inbox placement around 70% as well as very low responses. Has anyone run into this issue before with GIFs? Any insight is appreciated!

How do I find all the assets that has been published for more than 1 year using JCR SQL2 ? Hi ,I have a service deployed in AEM 6.1 which takes two params. i) fromDate ii) toDate. This services queries repository to find assets modified between fromDate & toDate , do some processing on data  and returns xml DOM object as response . I  have a JSP page where I am rendering response from this service in data table. If service response data (e.g 50 -200 assets ) then it works fine without any issue. However , if I have more no of data (>1000 assets)  and if takes more time to process that data  then I am getting 504 Error with following message  Proxy ErrorThe proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.The proxy server could not handle the request GET <Request URL>Reason: Error reading from remote server  I am not using any proxy server / Web Server .  I am hitting request directly to AEM host. Did anybody faced it before ? any pointers/help would be appreciated? 

Hello,I am trying to create a Smart List of contacts with no email address (we have thousands of these in our Marketo) and see if they have any activities on the account from SFDC. I am aware of how to check and see if a Activity was logged or updated but I need to determine if there is a actual activity.Any suggestions, I feel like it is staring me in the face and I cannot figure it out. In SFDC we set up a Lead and Contact Lead Source fields that maps to "Source" in MK.  However, when i attempt to update this field in MK so to update SFDC the attribute is not available in the list to be able to update.  I do not have this field blocked from updates either.  I was able to update the field from SFDC > MK so there is a value in the field, but it does not look like it is available to be updated via flow step.If i choose to update Lead Source it does not flow from Marketo > SFDC as that field looks like it is for SFDC opportunity creation only, which we will not be using Marketo for this function.What am i missing here?

I'm finding myself having to use the "Lead is Created trigger" in several smart campaigns (around 10 currently) but can't figure out a way to get around it. Is it bad to use it multiple times?I thought using "Data Value Changes" would work instead for most cases of what I am trying to do, but I'm finding that's not true for net new leads. For example, when a new Advertising lead is created and their campaign source is "google" and campaign medium is "cpc", I found that Data Value Changes trigger would not work because they came in with these values. So the only way I can think of to get around it is to add the "Lead is created" trigger as a second trigger like below. We have several similar advertising smart campaigns so I had to add it to each one.Another example is an alert that I want to send to myself if someone comes in with a potentially misspelled email address. Hi Folks , I'm running in to a strange issue with my local AEM 5.6.1 version .  On startup of my AEM 5.6.1 on the console I can see errors stating[Fatal Error] :1:1: Content is not allowed in prolog[Fatal Error] :1:1: Content is not allowed in prologAfter this it indicates as start up completed but when I try to access localhost:4502/welcome.html a blank page appears . In the error log i can see the following trace Logs :ERROR* [0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1 [1380790846386] GET /favicon.ico HTTP/1.1] org.apache.sling.engine.impl.SlingHttpContext handleSecurity: AuthenticationSupport service missing. Cannot authenticate request.ERROR* [0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1 [1380790846386] GET /favicon.ico HTTP/1.1] org.apache.sling.engine.impl.SlingHttpContext handleSecurity: Possible reason is missing Repository service. I have mapped my tags to some value . Now i want to get those values with the help of listener. which listener should be used to listen xtype 'tags' ? 

We currently have Dynamic Media disabled (dynamicmediaconfig set to false), but on the front-end we are still images loading renditions from JCR (Example - _jcr_content/par/image/imageBottom.img.png/56234345534.png). Any idea why this might be happening? Why is it serving a rendition to an asset that we want to reference directly in the DAM (Assets)? Is there something else we need to disable?Thanks in advance.

I was trying to configure the dispatcher invalidation configuration as per Adobe Dispatcher Invalidation documentation. As per the documentationCache invalidation requests for a page are also generated for any aliases or vanity URLs that are configured in the page properties.I created a vanity URL in page properties dialog. Hi team,  I have a situation like if the page is activated in authoring instance then needs to push same page to AWS cloud. So far we are handling this situation in activation event. Now the problem with this approach is few times page is not getting pushed to publisher but that is available in AWS. we don't want this to happens. So what we are planning to do is activate the page ,once that page is available in publisher capture the event in publisher to push that to AWS. what event I can capture in publisher for this? We've created an AEMM app that is an update to a previous digital pub app that was NOT made w/ AEMM. In order to submit the app as an update to the Google Play Store, the .apk file must be signed with the same certificate as the original app. The original app had been created by NXTBook Media. We were able to obtain the original certificate and passwords from them - however, it is not a .p12 certificate. It appears to be some sort of keystore certificate, generated by Android Studio - “keystore.jks” and requires two complex passwords, which I have.  I don’t know how to  sign the unsigned .apk w/ Android Studio using the original certificate - or know if that is even possible. I can select the certificate and add the passwords but the application doesn’t seem to allow me to target the .apk file we created w/ AEMM. Any advice, or instruction anyone can provide, on how to resolve this issue, would be greatly appreciated!Thank you, Tommy

Hi Why when running a Pages report and analysing the Previous page (page tracking) (p41) for let's say the homepage of the site (e.g. uk:home), you get also uk:home in the results as a previous page? How can the previous page of uk:home be uk:home...? it doesn't make any sense.Can someone please help?

Hi,I am configuring TarmMk Cold stand by  in AEM 6.2.Following steps I did:I have two machine :1).  In both machine run the quickstart.jar then stopped it.In Primary Instance machine:http://localhost:4502/system/console/configMgrI searched Cold Stand by and edit the information there:I just changed mode to primary and then save .In slave Machine:http://localhost:4502/system/console/configMgrChanged the mode to standby and primary host :10.42.56.22(ip of master a=machine)then save. I stopped all the instances. Run The master jar file and then slave jar file like that: java -jar quickstart.jar -r primary,crx3,crx3tar: java -jar quickstart.jar -r standby,crx3,crx3tar  I found in my slave machine error.log with following messages: 1.10.2016 12:46:09.949 *ERROR* [sling-default-3-Registered Service.536] org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.plugins.segment.standby.client.StandbyClient Failed synchronizing state.java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: no further information: /10.42.56.22:8023  

Hi all,I'm learning how to manage editable templates. I reached for template with static components to be edited by the author. But I cannot get how to configure my custom dynamic template for allowing the user to drag and drop some set of components to a parsys for giving more flexibility for customizing the future pages generated using that template. Could anyone give an example or how to configure a maven project for having this possibilty?
