Greetings,I am trying to test a very simple scenario on my local install of Adobe Campaign Classic v7 of using an external recipient table for selection & targeting and every time when a delivery is executed I am getting an error "The schema for recipients specified in the transition ('') is not compatible with the schema defined in the delivery template"My workflow has just a Load (RDMS) & Direct Mail DeliveryI have followed the steps below before running the workflow- Create a new Target Mapping and mapped the delivery fields with the external table fields- Created a new workflow template with the new target mapping- Created a new delivery template with the new target mappingWondering what else needs to be done to test this out.Any insights would be very helpful.CheersPallav

I am trying to set a URL variable based on a specific value found within a string value from a Person Object. The Person Object field values are separated by a "|" character for example: |test1|test2|test3|. The Person Object is also checked in the tree on the right column of the Velocity Script modal window. I have tried using .contains and .matches using regex, but, I have not had much luck. Below is a sample of my Velocity Script, the IF statement never returns true when I know the lead I am testing contains the value I am comparing against. The ELSE statement is returned each and every time. The Email I am testing is being tested being sent as a "Person". What could I be doing wrong?:## value looking form in string#set( $stringVal = "test1" )## check if the lead has above value#if( $lead.personObject.matches("(\|)\s*${stringVal}\s*(\|)") ) #set($browserURL = "www.exampleURL1.com")## otherwise lead does not have above value#else #set($browserURL = "www.exampleURL2.com")#end‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍

Hello,Currently Adobe Analytics provides insight into Exit Pages - type, page views, exit rate etc. However, these are all page metrics. Is there a way to also analyse the events that took place on the Exit pages? Using a fallout funnel I could set up, for example, Page Type = Product Page > Then add File download exists > but what would be the exit metric? Because if I try adding Exits as a metric it doesn't let me and if I try adding Exit Page = Product Page then it wouldn't make sense? We thought of potentially setting up a prop on Actions but was wondering if there was another way.Thank you!

Hello,We currently don't have the feature "segment comparison" in analytics, but are considering to purchase it. Does the segment comparison also let you run analysis on shared audience (like for example coming from Adobe Campaign Classic)?Kind regards,Laura

Hi,I want to whitelist a URL in Adobe instance. The reason is, I'm trying to do a API call from the instance and getting the following error."The URL 'https://abc.def.com/ghi/' that the script is trying to access is not part of the authorized addresses in urlPermission (serverconf.xml)". This is similar to the one How to perform an API REST call through a Web App ? .I tried to add the following as given in the above discussion. <url dnsSuffix="jsonplaceholder.tipicode.com" urlRegEx="https://.*"/>.The code as follows:<srcSchema _cs="Server configuration (cus)" created="2019-07-30 10:07:58.334Z" createdBy-id="0"           desc="" entitySchema="xtk:srcSchema" extendedSchema="nl:serverConf" img=""           label="Server configuration" labelSingular="" lastModified="2019-07-30 10:18:01.263Z"           mappingType="sql" md5="121321321321321313213311312" modifiedBy-id="0"           name="serverConf" namespace="cus" xtkschema="xtk:srcSchema">  <createdBy _cs="xyz"/>  <mod

In various places within the developer documentation (error-codes, REST API exception and error handling) we are advised:414 will be returned when the URI of a GET request exceeds 8KB.  To avoid it, check against the length of your query string to see if it exceeds this limit. How do I check the length of a URI GET request query string in C# to avoid a 414 error?

Hi Folks, Just Migrating from DTM to Launch, and the documentation has been very helpful. Although when I finally upgrade in DTM, I run into a persistent issue. I get the following message:"Upgrade to Launch failed. We could not create the 'Google Universal Analytics' extension. Please contact Client Care if the issue persists."I've checked out the adobe launch documentation up and down to see if our implementation is incorrect in any way. Maybe a rule that doesn't meet the pre-requisites, or bad JS in the custom code of the tool. I have found nothing. I am not excited to get customer care involved as it is understandably very expensive. Is there anything i am missing here? Has anyone else resolved this issue before in the past? Good heuristics for migration? Thanks, Cameron.

Hello,I’m trying to implement Adobe Analytics API 2.0 in an Adobe Campaign connector.Authentication is OK.Segments / users utilization endpoint is OK.But when I Try to test metrics or report endpoint, The system returns I don’t have access. In admin console (I’m administrator), I gave to my user all the rights but the message is still the same.{    "errorCode": "insufficient_access",    "errorDescription": "User does not have access to this report suite - Error caused by exceptionName=java.lang.IllegalAccessError due to exceptionMessage=User does not have access to this report suite",    "errorId": "4e5a5954-11e4-4782-bb8b-675924181afb"}When I go to Adobe Analytics administration, I’m not able to see my user. So I can’t see it in an user group and finally, I guess I don’t have access to the report suite.Do you know if I can do anything to appears in administration ?Thank you for your help.

Hi,since the beginning of April we have an issue with our emails not displaying properly (just garbled up code is displayed) for patrons who have icloud.com/mac.com/me.com email addresses. The issue seems to only arise when the email is viewed via the app as the emails display fine on MAC when viewed via the browser. Patrons who experience the issue seem to be on IOS version 12.3.1. They don't have this issue with emails from other senders. Below is an example of what the email looks like that the patrons receive. We haven't changed our email code, sender address or anything else that would explain this issue. It looks like there is no release yet for crx2oak for AEM 6.5.Normally, this should match the oak repository major version. So something like 1.10.x, but no trace of it in Index of /groups/public/com/adobe/granite/crx2oak , nor does the release notes page exist for AEM 6.5: https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/6-5/release-notes/crx2oak.html.Will there be such a release soon?We have used crx2oak 3x successfully now for upgrading AEM using an offline content copy.Would be nice to keep this up for future releases.Although I'd prefer to use the Jackrabbit Oak – Oak Composite NodeStore once it's stable .Asked the same on Twitter: https://twitter.com/wimsymons/status/1155719418200166401 Kind regardsWim

Hello Adobe AEP SDK team,We have an Adobe AEP SDK implementation on Android that is working fine on versions prior to Android Q (api level 29) but on Android Q the FCM pushidentifier is not being captured on Campaign dashboard. When i check the logs i see some SQLiteDatabase errors only on Android Q, do you guys have any plan on updating the SDK to support Android Q.We are not able to send push notifications through Adobe campaign to devices running Android Q because the AEP SDK on this version is not able to send info back to Adobe servers.Below is part of log for the errors that i see only on Android Q api level 29.2019-07-19 11:14:57.041 22866-23961/"packageName" E/SQLiteLog: (1) near "null": syntax error 2019-07-19 11:14:57.042 22866-23961/"packageName" E/SQLiteDatabase: Error inserting android.database.sqlite.SQLiteException: near "null": syntax error (code 1 SQLITE_ERROR): , while compiling: INSERT INTO HITS(null) VALUES (NULL) at android.database.sqlite.SQLiteConnection.nativePr

Is it possible to add a URL parameter to set a geolocation state for testing purposes which overrides the stored geolocation.state that has been set in the user profile? We currently have an A/B test that should deliver bespoke content depending on which state has been identified in the user profile but we are unable to test any variations apart from the content for our current state/location.

On our site there are activities that members take to earn points and then they can use those points to enter drawings.I would like to send a monthly email based on the following.List the activities where the status equals “Completed”.Only show the activities that were completed this month based on the column updatedAt and list them (if there is more than one) in descending order based on the date.Show the name of the completed activity and the points earned.Add up the points earned this month and show the total number of points earned. Trying to break this project down, I am first trying to get the list of activities a person has completed. However, I am finding that it not only gives me the information in the entire row, it ignores the “Completed” status and gives me activities a person had started as well as completed. Here’s the code #if (${sPAdActivity_cList.get(0).activityStatus} == "Completed" )#set( $activityDescription = ${sPAdActivity_cList.get(0).description})#else#

Apparently there's a really old JavaScript way of updating props of an `s` variable. DTM is the more recent old way and Adobe Launch is the newest way. I'm using Adobe Launch. For a SPA, the docs suggest I can update my data layer then set up rules in the portal to copy the props from my data layer into adobe analytics for tracking pages. I also see that there's a way of doing a direct call using `window._satellite.track(eventName, payload)`.What I'm wondering is if I need to bother with the data layer approach or if I can just direct call everything with `window._satellite.track` and configure in the portal which one is a page and which is an event/link? Currently I've got code that will use the data layer to track pages and a direct call to track things like specific click events. Ideally I can just do it all one way.Thank you!
