Hi, I would like to change the date format in my email delivery. How can I do that?It is a personalisation field from Additional Data. Now it is displayed as DD/MM/YYYY. I would like to change this to DD-MM-YYYY or dd-MMMM-YYYY (so in Dutch: 2 mei 2018). And are other languages also supported?    Same question for using an amount: I would like to display it in Dutch (decimal separator comma, thousands separator is a dot or none. How can I apply that on a personalisation field? Kind regards,Björn

I'm curious if anyone has any tips on ways to speed up the onboarding process? Ours seem to take a full 2+ days to realize in the UI. We're currently using FTP and planning to move to the S3 but I don't expect that to make much difference. We're currently splitting up files based on the documented file size recommendation. At the moment in my company does still exists some AEM 5.6 enviroments. One enviroment is used as a test system. The configured run mode of this is "publish.test.xxx". The problem with this one, it refuses to install bundles if those build as snapshot.We've got an hint that we can change the log level for "autoinstaller" to TRACE so we can check what is going wrong.Can some help me out what and how we have to configure it? Thanks in advanced

Hi.  I created a calculated metric to simply count the number of days using the approximate count distinct function.  It's been working just fine up until this past week.  Count shows 6 days in week instead of 7, even though a breakdown by day shows 7 days?  Any ideas why this is happening? Count of days segment Report result: 

Hello All, @ryanr7 @yogitabist  I have created a segment in Adobe Analytics that excludes certain IP addresses and would like to use the same in Adobe Target to exclude traffic from those IP addresses from the test reports but I am unable to publish the segment to experience cloud. When trying to publish, it throws the following error:Segment must be compatible with Reports & Analytics and Ad Hoc Analysis to share to Experience Cloud. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Marketo community,   We want to update email content sections (https://developers.marketo.com/rest-api/endpoint-reference/asset-endpoint-reference/#!/Emails/updateEmailComponentContentUsingPOST) and then send a sample email.   However, just using the aforementioned API alone does not cause any immediate update to the email asset, as verified on the Marketo email editor and in the sample email (which shows the old content).   We found out that approving the email draft helps make the update immediate. However, when we want to update (and approve), send sample email, and update again (and approve), and send sample email again, the subsequent updates are not immediate.   It is only after a couple of minutes that we can do another immediate update.   May I know how the update and approve API works? Are they both async? What happened to the subsequent update API calls? Are they queued or are they simply ignored?   Thank you!   Regards, Jiayee

Hi everyone,I have a page where a customer can make amendments to their product which changes the price. I have a data element changed rule that fires on change of the price and saves it to an eVar.When I review the values for the eVar in my report I have many more values than I do customers. It looks like rather than overwriting the value of the eVar with the new value, it's saving every value.Is this expected behaviour or do I need to do something different either in the configuration of the eVar or my DTM rule firing on the page?Many thanks

While i have created live copy pages and deleted the one of the child item in a container by breaking the inheritance, i am getting my current component converted to "wcm/msm/components/ghost". I am facing issues for some of the URLs which have 'childrenlist' as a keyword in the URL. For example, if I try accessing https://www.example.com/sdfsdf.childrenlist.html URL, it shows as below for the request. However, there are no such pages available for such request. I have some rules set in dispatcher to redirect to 404 page when a page is not available. Some other pages like https://www.example.com/childrenlist.sdfsdf.html is working fine and getting redirected to 404 page. Is it a known issue in AEM? Additionally https://www.example.com/sdfsdf.sdfsdf.childrenlist.html shows 404 page but https://www.example.com/sdfsdf.childrenlist.sdfsdf.html will render same page with 'sdfsdf.childrenlist.sdfsdf.html' URL as shown in the above image. If AEM uses 'childrenlist' for backend processes and it is reserved keyword then can I stop requests coming from dispatcher and redirect to 404 or can it cause any issues? If I add an user in the admin console and then provide permission to that user to access the AEM instance, that gets auto synced to AEM. But, if I update permissions for the same user in the AEM instance, will that reflect automatically in the Admin Console?

Hi,   I have setup my webinar registration form with three hidden fields to capture utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign from the website URL. These fields are linked with Person Source, Person Medium and Person Campaign in the form respectively. The issue that I am facing now it is updating old Person source of the lead i.e. from "email promotion" to "website". So how should I stop changing person source value with every form fill? I want Person source to be updated only if person source is empty.   Thanks

Hey guys, It has been a while since I try to use Adobe Target on Safari and it just won't work. I guess Adobe Target is the only AB Test tool who restrict the browser you have to use, I've never seen such thing elsewhere. I have to choose between using Target and Chrome eating all my RAM or having a functional computer and not AB Testing. When the nurture program's status is set to '2 Engaged - Success', does the campaign members progress through the flow and receive the rest of the emails form the track? Say for instance there are 4 emails in the nurture track and the contact did some activity after they receive email 2 that marked their program status as Success. Would they still be receiving email 3 & 4?

Are there any requirement on how the KEYWORD's for SMS auto replies should be configured in the ACS external accounts for SMS channel.Auto replies are working for keywords like STOP/START & SUBSCRIBE/UNSUBSCRIBE but not for OPT-IN/OPT-OUT.is it because of the hyphen in the OPT-IN/OPT-OUT keywords?

1) My understanding is that in order to send an email using Dynamic Content, the template has to be built within a  Workflow in order for the DC to work. Is this correct?2) When I try to send a test email from a template in a workflow, I never receive them (even though the summary says they're delivered). Why is this? I don't have this issue testing regular templates.3) When I have my dynamic content template in a workflow, I need to build the audience based on A) an imported list, or B) data in the Account table. Neither of these come up as an option in the build query node. Why is that and how do I access it?  It just seems that when I put my template into a workflow so that I can use dynamic content, I am then faced with other limitations.

Hello everyone, I am comparing Approx count Distinct Visitor that is calculate on Customer ID with Unique Visitor. When I compare these two values I expect a Unique Visitor > Approx count Distinct but in some cases, it is smaller. Any suggestion?Thanks
