Solved

I made a change to our offers page and deployed that, after that was done our help page is now throwing a 504.I looked into the error logs and haven't seen anything. The author instance works fine. I tried republishing and that doesn't work either. Just seems as if the data won't make it to the publish instance. Why did this happen and how can I fix it?

Hi,Is it possible to trigger a rule in Adobe Launch based on previous page? For example, I want to fire a pixel on page B when previous page is Page A. Hope someone has a solution.

Incorrect prefix is getting added to mobile number. Adobe Campaign recipient schema is adding 0 automatically in mobile number field. I added my number as 4077659928 but the moment I went to other field or save on recipient it changed the formatting and added 0 in front. In Lower env , I see it adds +1 which is correct ..... refer screen shot below, Let me know if anyone have faced this issue before

Hi,   I have a group of 8K people that I would like to send emails to once a week, but only to 300 at a time. Is there a way to create a smart campaign that could add 300 leads to a nurture program once a week from a smart list? My guess is no, but just wanted to be sure before manually creating lists of 300 people..

Hi Team, Site Page Structure: 1) /content/A/B2) /content/CIn AEM 6.4.5.0, When we try to move/rename page B under Parent A, move option gets disabled. where as if we move page B under C, move option is enabled. It is causing issue because if in order to rename a page, we have to use same move/rename option and when source/destination is same, move option gets disabled. Any help will be really appreciated.Thank you in advance.

Dear all, I am trying to implement a code from Moosend (email marketing tool) to track the website, however the steps I took so far made the code visible on the website for the users to see. I am not sure what I am doing wrong, hope you can help me. This is the description of my steps so far: Creating a role as Library load (Page Top) Then I didn't add any conditions, going straight to Actions and adding the JS code there and then I published this in the library, then to production. then after this, the tag appears there, visible on the website pages   would you please help me? thank you!

I am attempting to delete all versions(except the root version) of an asset using a task.I am using VersionHistory API to remove the version.  It works for all of the versions except for the last one.  I keep getting this error: OakIntegrity0001: Unable to delete referenced nodeIs there a way to remove final version of the asset?

i'm using the Time and Scroll Event plugin in Launch.  The plan is to track on a page the scroll depth by 25, 50, 75, 100 percent.  i'm not using getpercentplugin because the business wants to know on first page visits the interaction so it wouldn't work. i'm running into issues with my implementation for a few reasons.  First, although i've allocated success events to each percentage, when the rules are successfully firing, i'm getting extra calls.  For example: 🚀 [Adobe Analytics] Applying the following properties on tracker: "{"events":"event10","linkTrackVars":"events,channel,server","linkTrackEvents":"event10,event8,event7,"}". Secondly, when i look at my data in workspace, its not showing data for the scroll events. i'm not sure what i'm doing wrong here.  Ideally, at the very least i want to look at a given page and see how many scroll events for a particular depth has occurred.  Is it the rule order in Launch?  Is i

Hello We are noticing inconsistencies when comparing the visits metrics on day level in the reporting interface and visit metrics calculated from data feeds for that day. Day: 2020-11-01Reporting Interface: 617615 Data Feeds:  616346 ( for exclude hits = 0)   For data feeds, We used the below query select count(*) from (select distinct post_visid_high,post_visid_low,visit_num,visit_start_time_gmt from adobe_data_feed where datekey='2020-11-01') a How can we match these numbers?

I want to send mails to user when his asset gets unpublished using the OOTB feature. So, after I configure the Day CQ Mail Service and add email ID to the user details, is there anything else that I need to do? Or will the user automatically receive the email?

I created a custom field (New Client Setup). It is a multi-value field. In a project report, I can filter by it, but when I go to the grouping, it is not displayed as an option. How can I group by a custom field in a project or a task report - I will try to make either work. Please point me to a post, if this is already answered or article or video. Thanks,

I'm looking to keep url querystring parameters in a url string when passed from my 3rd party https page to my https marketo page before munchkin loads so I can trigger off the "Visits Web Page" trigger. Thanks!

So, I have a custom 'Yes/No' field in a report that allows my teams to essentially check things off as they work through large publications (EX: Translation sent for translations, Approved by vendor, Sent to press, etc.) They can choose 'Yes' or 'No' inside the report and it's awesome! But our designers hate how technical a list of yes's and no's look. I would like to add a column rule with an icon for 'Yes,' but every time I add the column rule I lose the ability to edit the column in the report. Help? I just want to edit the column and display an icon when I select 'Yes' instead of the word 'Yes.'

Looking for ideas on the best way to manage this...   We were changing around an existing Engagement Program that had a single stream with all Programs in the stream. The single stream was broken up into two streams and the programs moved into each of the two streams as appropriate. The original stream had all programs de-activated.   We moved people from the original single stream into one of the two new streams as well as pushed new people into the one of the new streams. All looked good. Then we let the engagement program run for a month with casts each week. Unfortunately, we just discovered that emails from the new Streams never went out. This was because the Send smart campaigns in the Programs had a filter of Member of Engagement Program and specified the original Stream, not one of the new one Streams. So with each cast, the people that would have otherwise qualified for the email were skipped because they were not in the right stream.    I believe that just

Hello, I would want to customize my Adobe experience manager console navigation pane. Hi All, Please advise how to delete images, that are stored in resources folder, directly from Adobe Hosted server. I am getting a message that image is already uploaded while trying to replace a different image with the same name.  Thanks

HelloCurrently I'm working on forms-centric workflows. I'm using the assign task component and I need to add some custom values into the custom email templates. As per documentation (https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-65/forms/publish-process-aem-forms/use-metadata-in-email-notifications.html#use-an-osgi-bundle-and-java-interface-to-add-custom-metadata) I should be able to write my own OSGi service which prepares the metadata map.Unfortunately I'm not able to successfully get the OSGi service listed in the field Assign Task --> Advanced --> Custom Metadata. It seems that the above linked documentation is incomplete (e.g. see point 4).Was anyone able to create such a OSGi service and get it listed for selection? If so, is there a working example available?Kind regardsRichard

I'm trying to set the organizational unit of each ingested profile inside of a workflow. I want the organizational unit to be updated to the same value for each profile. So the order of operations is: ingest csv file with profile informationupdate each profile record to have the same organizational unitupdate profiles database with the newly ingested profiles.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I figured I would ask before I learn the hard way. Our digital department would like the selection options on our Marketing Request updated. If I remove an option or rename it, will it mess up any current projects that are in using those fields. Or is the better option to create a new form with the updated options and retiring the incorrect version?

I am trying to define a variable (or query def) in a JS alert and then call the variable or item in an alert activity.  I am aware of the current stock method using: <% var itemsXML = new XML(vars.itemsXMLString)for each (var item in itemsXML){%> However, i don't want to call every instance of the particular field / node.  I have some fields i want to output into a table and some where i only want a single instance of the field.  Below is my current setup: JS Activity -- For the nodes "Web Registations" and "Appt Sum" i only want to include the first row.  For all the other nodes i want to include every occurence. var query = xtk.queryDef.create (<queryDef schema= "temp:union" operation="select"><select><node expr="CreationDate" /><node expr="@appointment"/><node expr="Registrations"/><node expr="Origin"/><node expr="WebRegistrations"/><node expr="ApptSum"/></select><orderBy ><n
