Incorrect prefix 0 is getting added to mobile number field for recipient

Incorrect prefix is getting added to mobile number. Adobe Campaign recipient schema is adding 0 automatically in mobile number field. I added my number as 4077659928 but the moment I went to other field or save on recipient it changed the formatting and added 0 in front. In Lower env , I see it adds +1 which is correct .....
