My Organization has set marketing channel expiration to 7 days.  In the example below, I pulled all va_instance_events=1 and purchases for this user. You can see below that they touch on 9-15-2020, then place an order 9-30-2020 but va_closer_detail never resets to null (hash::).  This user has come to the site via direct load many times between the touch on 9/15 and their order on 9/30.  Our direct load channel does not override the last touch channel so that behavior is working. The question is why does the instance on 9-15 last for 15 days?  How do we stop direct load from extending the amount of time the last touch value stays persistant.    

Hi, Anyone who knows what this error in console specifically refers to? Could it be from custom codes created in Launch? Any idea how to troubleshoot and resolve would be much appreciated. Kindly note that this error does not appear on our Staging environment. Thanks!

I see the RAID Log on our Projects left navigation and considering using it; just not sure how it is used. I am trying to find something in the help searching on 'RAID' and 'RAID LOG' but not getting any results that explains how it is used.

I am trying to produce a report that will show which emails the People in my database have received this year. I have not ben able to find a way to do this. To be clear, I need a table with all my People on it, not just looking at them one at a time.   Has anyone been able to do this?

Business pain point is to track click link on email and link is generated from velocity token. but in Marketo email performance report click details are null for velocity token URL. I was wondering what would be main reason for that.

On our website we have hundreds of partners that share the same content with some of the content being unique. We want to be able to author in that unique data but also be able to do a bulk edit if we are looking to change for example a common title in all of these pages. The solution I'm pursuing is to have this data filled via the properties of the page template. By doing this I can edit all of our partners once but the risk involved is that if any of the data is different I see <Mixed Entries> in my text field which blocks me from editing this. I understand that this is to prevent data loss but in this scenario what I would like to do is have whatever I add into the text field overwrite what was previously there. Alternatively it would be extremely helpful to have a report as to which page is not matching the rest of content or even just having away to clear that property on all pages. Does anyone have any experience with this? Hi AEM folks,We are setting up AEM SFDC Cloud configuration on our higher environments. Hi,I want to select multiple workflow items in my AEM Inbox and complete those at once to approve/reject.However I'm not able to select multiple items in AEM Inbox. Is there any way this can be achieved? Really appreciate any help on this. Thanks,Ritesh 

I'd like to know how I can exclude or prevent visitors from entering both experiences in my Target activity. I am currently using Adobe Target as my reporting source, and I'm wondering if there is an OOB functionality to segment those visitors who saw both experiences and exclude them out of my activity.I'm only trying to be proactive because sometimes this issue persists in A4T and I end up needing to create exclusion segments because the total visitors adds up to >100%.

I am trying to track dynamic links via AT, in the editor i have the right selectors see image, these link are dynamically added to the pages after page load so don't receive the AT class .at-element-click-tracking. Any ideas how i can track these links? 

Hello everybody,I am still fairly new to Adobe Target. I have worked with Google Optimize before and the logic to Adobe Target seems to be slightly different. I want to do something pretty simple, but I can't find the solution: Scenario: User visits our website. The person goes to the career section during the session. The person clicks through the website and eventually ends up back on the start page. The start page should now contain a career header. Current status: What I've accomplished is that the career header is displayed on the start page if the person was on the career page exactly before, so if the referrer is /career. But the career header on the start page should also be shown if:a) The user has been on other sub-pages in the meantimeb) When the user returns after a few minuts/days The banner should simply be displayed to people who have been to the career site at some point. Many thanks in advance 🙂

Hello, I'm wondering if anyone has had this same issue for any of their users? I have a user that is unable to launch any interactive proofs. When she clicks on the link WF Proof will open but the screen stays at the launch screen and she is unable to view the actual web page she needs to proof. She is using Chrome as her browser, but tested it in Edge and that seemed to work when she copied the URL in the proof details window. However, she can't always comment or resolve comments. The kicker is, when I log-in on my computer as her to trouble shoot this I am able to open the proofs. I've had her restart, clear her cache and re-download the tool and nothing worked. I'm stumped as to what else to try. Any suggested would be appreciated. I've attached some screen shots of what we are seeing.

I am trying to overlay createlivecopywizard . So i copied the data from here /libs/wcm/core/content/sites/createlivecopywizard to /apps/wcm/core/content/sites/createlivecopywizard. I made some minor changes in the apps wizard !! But when i try to run through the live copy process . I still the changes coming from libs and not from the changes i made in the apps..Is there any other changes that is required to make this work?

I have a use case where i want to default the value of the title and the name in createlivecopywizard i.e /mnt/overlay/wcm/core/content/sites/createlivecopywizard.html/content/x/en/xx?source=%2Fcontent%2Fx%2Fen%2Fxx%2FabcI was trying to use the value option .. Hi, I have article header, article next steps components. I would like to have a composite component "articlecontainer" that would be dropped in editable template. issue is : if I drop article header, article insights components separately in editable template , when I click edit icon able to see dialog.But, if I drop "articlecontianer" component in editable template , when I click on edit icon of included components, it is throwing 500 server error and dialog not displayed. update1: simple components such as "helloworld" working fine. aricleheader, articleinsights components have policies and model classes throwing null pointer exception. While looking at documentation for personalization on AEM using Target, I can see 2 approaches:1. Import experience fragment variations into Target console and create an offer with it to replace HTML sections on the page (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/aem-target-tutorial/personalization-use-case-1.html?lang=en)2. Use AEM targeted mode on the component and define variations on the component itself but use Target as the personalization engine (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-64/authoring/personalization/content-targeting-touch.html?lang=en#authoring-targeted-content-using-targeting-mode)I can see that the 2nd approach has the advantage of configuring personalization from within AEM while also allowing authors to easily identify which components are personalized. I can't load any page in the editor. AEM is complaining in my browser console that a component doesn't exist. That component is from a previous AEM installation.
